A young girl named Nyla helped with my order. She was so kind, efficient and professional. She made sure my food was fresh, and correct. Loved the team that worked on Sunday 9/21 and appreciate the hard work.

This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I waited over 30 minutes for my food and my order was still wrong. I had to pull back up to the window because they asked me to pull forward as not to run up their drive time. When I got to the window for the second time to inquire about my order no one came. They all looked the girl with the red hair rolled her eyes and the black man with the black shirt looked and walked away. When I received my food I checked and of course it was wrong I had to honk my horn multiple times for them to come back to the window to correct my order. The girl refused to come back and the boy acted like I was being a nuisance. I get home and to my surprise the order is still wrong because none of the meat was spicy like I asked. They gave me frozen desserts. But the worst part is that me and my 2 children ended up getting diarrhea because of this establishment. Having to wait over 30 minutes for 3 meals and two desserts is insane. Also having no one acknowledge the service and behavior is horrible customer service. Forgot to add that at time the order was placed we were the only customers. About 15 minutes after I placed the order they had one customer come. After the 30 minute mark two more customers came. They had 4 employees inside that I could see just walking around.

Please go to a nearby Korean chicken shop and learn how to fry chicken. You guys must have a lot of money left over. You run the store like this, and you'll have to close the store sooner or later, like KFC. If a Popeyes official reads this comment, please don't waste time or money.

AVOID THIS POPEYES AT ALL COST. I live in the area and have been to this Popeyes location over 5 times and today was the last time I ever order from this location. I made a mobile order 1 hour and 30 min minutes in advance because I know how this location works. It takes over an hour for a mobile order to be made. I arrive to pick up my order and they tell me to pull up and wait for the food to be finished. I waited 20 minutes. That is almost 2 hours total since the food was ordered via the app. I took it upon myself to walk in and see what is going on and find that not a single customer is in the store. The one employee that was in the front was on her phone while my order had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. This location needs fire every single person and start over because this is not it. Fast food should not take 2 hours. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

I do not believe that there will be a change to this location because as you can see from past post from over 11 months ago the problems are still there. I believe that the owner just doesnât care at this point because I personally have been coming to this location for 2 years+ and I still have to wait over an hour for a mobile order. There are families that depend on restaurants like this and itâs a damn shame that there are still hour+ wait times for chicken thatâs sitting under a hot lamp. Do better.

are there no managers? itâs a bunch of kids that lack work ethic and respect.

Disgusting customer service. I was just trying to order in the drive through and I guess I went too fast for her liking (I repeated my order twice) and she told me to âhold on, calm downâ. Prior to this experience, I waited 40 minutes for a basic combo meal. Prior to that, I paid $50 for our family meal and received a completely different order. This location needs to hire different individuals or needs to retrain the employees they have. Extremely frustrated that every single one of my experiences here has been poor.
