As an Uber delivery person, the service at this restaurant is terrible. The managers should be a little more attentive with orders. They want to treat delivery people badly, they make us responsible for their mistakes. They must change the way they treat customers.

Just went to a restaurant at 3463 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. Suwanee, Ga and order some breast spicy. There wasn’t any. Advised it would be 15 minutes to make. Advised I wanted the chicken and would be back in 20 minutes. I came back in 25 minutes and the chicken wasn’t even dropped. To run out of a certain type of chicken at 3:28 pm and not have any thought of cooking more and then when asked, say you will and then don’t do
It is unacceptable. It’s been over 45 minutes to get to a 6 dollar big box. Totally unacceptable and not the first time I’ve came early and was out of chicken.

work environment is toxic, they discourage you to be there, will kick you out for the dumbest reasons. the harassment to their employees and customers is outrageous. i do not recommend this location to anyone out there.

If I could give them half a star, I would.The Young man with blonde locs was playing with a Yo-yo while people are waiting for their orders. I had to wait outside around 20 minutes for my order. When I went inside, the apple pies and the chicken were ready but my order had not been prepped and placed in a BOX! I also had to wait an additional 10 minutes! This is a joke! The girl with the blonde braids kept running back and forth sitting down in the dining area to talk to another worker and then hopping up to get an order ready. This is unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE!

Went through drive-thru today and this popeyes lacked customer service and supplies! They didn't have the boneless chicken wings so I got tenders. After picking up my food, I open my dinner bag to no plastic ware, no napkins and no ice in my drink! Oh and they were out of the ranch I originally asked for. Come on Popeyes, this location is never busy so how can you be out of simple items?!

This Popeyes and the location on 141 are the worst!!! I mean the worst Popeyes I've ever been to I'm my life!! I'm done.

I ordered a 2 piece dark with two thighs with red beans and rice in drive thru. I look in the box I have a breast and two wings. The rice was hard not cooked all the way or was old. I've visited this place and each time somethings wrong. A 12 year old could do better than this. I look for both locations to close within the next year or sooner !!!
