This is a good location and the Italian Ice is really good. The associates present when I arrived were preoccupied with each other and not focused on providing service. Overall, I'll come back and I still recommend trying this place out. Hopefully they do a little training and this location stays open.
This is by far the nicest Rita's I've ever been to, including multiple stores throughout the mid-Atlantic and the other Atlanta area location. In addition to over a dozen flavors of ice, they have roughly a dozen flavors of hand scooped custard daily, plus soft serve custard and fresh made waffle cones, cookies and brownies. We live closer to the other location, but usually head up this way when we crave Rita's.
Coming to Rita’s is always a great experience. They provide great service and it’s so nice to see teenagers serving others , being kind , courteous and respectful . Thank you to Rita’s for providing an opportunity to the younger generation to work and learn different skills and provide good service ! Anthony and Phillips did a great job with our service and you could see how they two of them worked together well.
