Amazing Vietnamese food with interesting and harder to find dishes such as bánh cuốn, mì quảng, and phở gà. The bánh cuốn in particular is perfectly made and authentic. Owner Trang was also a delight: she provided such great and courteous service! You can tell she put a lot of thought in the dishes and the menu!
Not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. Everything tastes homemade. Everyone is so nice. Don’t expect anything fancy just a bar and four little tables outside. Will be back very soon!
BEST VIET FOOD IVE HAD IN MY LIFE/IN THE STATES!!!
Loved all 5 dishes we ordered for the family - tumeric noodles with quail egg with fresh mint, a unique salad with chicken and coconut dressing, and a sesame bun with sticky rice and coconut sauce. All the noodles were fresh and the flavors were amazing. Will be back and include photos next time
If you enjoy Pho and Vietnamese sandwiches and want to learn more about the amazing culinary possibilities in this tasty cuisine, I highly recommend LBU Saigon. They do have AMAZING Pho, the broth is so good and complex, but they also have many other interesting dishes and unique desserts like fried bananas and Vietnamese doughnuts. The owner explained that they make their noodles from scratch and we can tell!
My friends recommended this. It is just fine to me, but my wife love it. I am not a big fan to some of the flavors.
If you want an authentic Vietnamese rice rolls, check LBU out. One of the best I’ve had so far. Today I ordered number 1 and 2 and they both really good. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
Came here with the family for Saturday lunch and had no idea what we were in for. Ordered the bánh cuốn, turmeric noodles, and bánh tiêu. Everything was absolutely incredible, and the gentleman behind the counter was such a pleasure to speak with. Easily top 3 dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Finally we made it to LBU Saigon. Customer service is super nice and friendly. Foods are soooo delicious, pack with care and love. We got all the special today-Saturday : mi quảng, bánh canh cua giò heo, bánh ướt, bánh cuốn, goi gà, bánh gia lon, chuối chiên and bánh tiêu, wow 😋🥰.
We are coming back tomorrow-Sunday to buy more for family in Nashville TN, We traveled here for ⚽️ .
We highly recommended to everyone, you will not disappointed.
Posted some pictures for you to see, we ate chuối chiên and bánh tiêu and forgot taking pictures 🤣
❤️❤️❤️
A hidden gem with a changing variety of dishes everyday! The service was great and they were helpful in explaining dishes. The details in the decor and packaging to the culture in every bite, I recommend this as a must try when you’re in the area.

Fresh ingredients and authentic taste. It's a taste of Vietnam.
We recently discovered LBU Saigon, and wow—what a hidden gem! Their bánh cuốn, a traditional Vietnamese dish made of delicate steamed rice rolls typically filled with seasoned pork and mushrooms, is absolutely fantastic here.
The rice wrapper was perfectly done—fresh, soft, and just the right thickness and texture. It came with crisp bean sprouts, a flavorful fish sauce for dipping, and a side of nem chua (a tangy, fermented pork). We originally ordered just one portion to try, but after the first bite, we immediately went back and ordered more to enjoy that same evening. That should tell you everything you need to know!
We also tried several of their other dishes, including the banana fritters, pho beef rolls, and bánh tiêu—and every single one was excellent. The bánh tiêu (Vietnamese hollow fried dough) was especially memorable, as it's uniquely served with a sesame seed and durian dipping sauce that takes the flavor to the next level. It’s a creative and delicious twist that really stands out.
Fantastic food and fantastic service. If you’re even slightly curious about this place—don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!
Saigon Fresh Noodles is my go to spot for authentic Vietnamese food, the kind that tastes just like home. Every time I come here, I have to get my favorites: bánh tầm bì chay, bánh cuốn nhân thịt
The bánh tầm bì chay is amazing the noodles are perfectly soft, and the combination of fried tofu and creamy coconut sauce is comforting and full of flavor. It’s a great vegetarian option that doesn’t feel like you're missing out at all.
The bánh cuốn nhân thịt is light, savory, and topped with fried shallots and fresh herbs. The filling is seasoned just right, and it pairs so well with the nước mắm and you're set.
The food is consistently fresh, and you can tell they really care about quality and tradition here. Sold out fast, call them before you come. Every weekend they might switch the main meal so check if you like what they have at the time before you come in. Highly recommend!
Deliciously fresh food! 🤗 Very friendly service. Banana fritters are awesome! So happy to have them in the neighborhood. 🩵
