I'm getting 2 cinnamon rolls in the drive. Throw, and I asked the lady. Is it possible that she can put some extra frosting on the cinnamon rolls to which she takes my card and charges me an extra dollar for a cup of frosting to which I did not ask for. I call her out in it and then she brings her manager then walks away. I let him know what she did and he just shrugged his shoulders and said oh well... let people know the cost of something before purchase and watch the attitude!! It doesn't matter if it's $1 or $100... keep it respectful and have better customer service.... smh

I go to this schlotsky's over the one in Gainesville due to food and service quality. This time one of my pizzas was the greasiest I've gotten from any schlotskys in multiple states and the other didn't have marinara so it was basically just cheese bread.

Been a regular of this Schlotzky's for over 10 years because they're friendly and the food is good and very consistent. I can't recall ever having a bad meal here. I have a short list of places that are good lunch spots that offer a good salad, and this is in the top 5. Usually get the chicken avocado cobb salad. Bonus points for having a good patio for when the weather's right.
