9/6/24...Appt was at 730a but due to heavy rain and traffic, I arrived at 0744a. I checked and and was given a door right away. Just follow the road straight ahead go past the parked trailers and circle around the bldg . You'll see a big window on your left with folks inside. Park across from doc doors and walk to office to check. Loading began at 817a. Had bills in hand by 903a. Parking on side before entrance gate may take upto 6 trucks? Other than that all good.

Don't come more than an hour before your appointment... There is not overnight parking and takes extremely long to load. The day staff is really rude... Night staff is okay... Lots of prime drivers here so be prepared to wait for them to back up.
I am editing my review... Everyone turned out to be really friendly but just very overwhelmed. They had a lot going on. They got me out and rolling. Be nice to them and they will return the favor!
Update... It is now 13 hours after my appointment... I'm loaded and they have no clue about paperwork. The dude that's in the office (comes in at 0700) hates white people. He talks rude to us. Did it to 4 of us and had other cut in front of us

Pretty nasty attitude from the older skinny black gentleman in the shipping office. No hi how are you, just a very ignorant " PICK UP NUMBER!" The entire encounter was just ignorant.

Took me two hours before appointment time was given a dock door right away took about a hour to unload and a hour to get bill's can't park inside overnight can park on the entrance street overnight Maybe room for 5 truck's to park nearest truck stop is flying j about 20 miles away And they r always full

I arrived at 3:30 am, my appointment was for 10:00 am, I waited at the entrance for about two or three more trucks in front of me, because there is no night parking in the place, the guards knocked on the truck door at 7:05 am for me to enter and do the check, 7:15 am check done and they showed me the door! move the trailer axles backwards and wait for them to tell you that there will be a door! What a good place to download, very fast, friendly and efficient! This is how you can work, the best in the entire USA!! Hey, I assure you!! Checked in 5/21/24 at 7:49am for a 9:00 am appointment out at 11:30 am not to bad parking outside entrance gate along the curve holds about 5 trucks are they're a truck stop 20 miles away. Only reason I gave them for star is because I watched a few trucks come in after me and left before me, we all had full loads. Other than that I would still go back to haul a load.

Allowed only 1 hr before appointment. Call # when you get there located at stop sign. Was directed all the way to other side of building, given a door immediately, and fast unloading. No overnight parking, just a few spots before the stop sign to check in but don't depend on parking there.
Pickup Appt was 2030 // Checked in 1900 (that’s the earliest you can for evening pickups) // Loaded by 2045 There is parking before the entrance gate, only enough room for a few trucks. Sign before the gate has a phone number to call and check in.

For truck drivers don’t come here unless your appointment time then be here, otherwise you ended looking for parking and they don’t have parking for trucks overnight except about 4 spot of the street in front the gate, I been here for tow night, they didn’t take me until my appointment!! so am not coming here again unless they work out or they making exception some time??What happened if they drivers don’t want come here prices for the loads will go up then big boss going to find out because they not let trucks getting in because the workers are lazy they work pay by hours, most the time have time to take trucks waiting outside but they don’t.. so let’s make this change and make it easy for everyone truck drivers and workers, the big reseat reason there is no parking there is no truck stop there nearest one 20 mile if you go there any time it’s full so the only way company need take trucks not make them wait or don’t order it and you have enough time can be here early, please drivers make your notice so this issue can be fix?
