Very quick. Docks are easy to get into checked in and hour and a half early and it took them an hour to unload. Overnight parking at the front on the side under the trees enough for about 4 maybe 5 trucks

Got here at 8:40pm for my 9:30pm appointment to find they are closed and don't receive after 3pm.

It shouldn't take 7 hours to unload one trailer this place has been like this for 20 years, they can be as late as they want but you better not be one minute late

Had a 16:30 appointment. Was told they don't have it. Was told they'd work me in. It's 20:15 and im still waiting to hit the dock....not good.

Got here at 4 for a 6pm appointment. Was told to come back in at 5. Checked in and waited hours for loading.Will be lucky to be out of here at midnight when they close. No overnight parking and very tight lot to dock in. Waste of time.

Great experience here, fast unloading, very attentive.

They only take 1 hour before appointment and Yard guy was yelling at people for no reason

It's a distribution center and the folks who work there are top shelf

Very nice quick loading on appt time clean facility truck entrance 2 nd driveway

They get you in and out fairly quick.

I was there last night .they don’t have any respect and also be careful with your load bars they broke 4 of my load bars .and they say it was broken which is no sense .so becarful on your trailer and load bars .

9/6/24...Appt was at 730a but due to heavy rain and traffic, I arrived at 0744a. I checked and and was given a door right away. Just follow the road straight ahead go past the parked trailers and circle around the bldg . You'll see a big window on your left with folks inside. Park across from doc doors and walk to office to check. Loading began at 817a. Had bills in hand by 903a. Parking on side before entrance gate may take upto 6 trucks? Other than that all good.

They didn’t respect the driver. They didn’t respect the time you ask anyone they say I don’t know. It’s not my business.

Don't come more than an hour before your appointment... There is not overnight parking and takes extremely long to load. The day staff is really rude... Night staff is okay... Lots of prime drivers here so be prepared to wait for them to back up.

I am editing my review... Everyone turned out to be really friendly but just very overwhelmed. They had a lot going on. They got me out and rolling. Be nice to them and they will return the favor!

Update... It is now 13 hours after my appointment... I'm loaded and they have no clue about paperwork. The dude that's in the office (comes in at 0700) hates white people. He talks rude to us. Did it to 4 of us and had other cut in front of us
