I'm so disappointed in this place. I just picked up my order and it was burnt. I spent over 80 bucks for burnt food. The smell of burnt food was evident when I opened it and it ruined the taste of everything. It tasted spicy and burnt. Threwit all away. I have tried to call the store for the past 30 min and the call is not getting connected.... clearly I will not be going back here but be warned that you may be served burnt food.
Loved the starters! Food in general is an acquired taste for sure …. Staff was courteous! I would classify it as exotic food!
My kids loved it but it was too spicy for me.
I was VERY disappointed at this restaurant. I was in the area and found them 해물찜 and thought I'd try a new place. I ordered it but NEVER AGAIN! The seafood was not fresh, it was too obvious that it was frozen seafood. The sauce was okay level, so I thought it would be good to add rice to it. So that i order 볶음밥, TERRIBLE. The fried rice was so sticky and there were no taste of sauce at all, just sesame oil all over it. I spent about $130 for awful dinner. Very disappointing. I call them to talk what would be better and thoughts as customer but they did not answer the phone even though it was 10 min before close. hope this review helps the owners into re-committing to making this food better. There are reasons why restaurant is empty at dinner time, and reviews are sucks. I will not be returning.
This place explains why it’s so tasty. The owner here also owns next door place called gop Chang on fire. The food there is BOMB!! Now I really need to think hard with these two choices
Just brought my parents here last weekend and I must say, this is place did us right! Food was on point and we felt safe in our private room. Must check this place out if you’re near Suwanee and craving for some seafood!
Took my parents here last night and we enjoyed it very much. Although my dad had a little too much water due to being too spicy for him, the rest of us really loved every bite of it. We were little skeptical of few of the bad reviews about we're glad we took the chance to try it out.
My wife and I went to visit here since this is the only place in GEORGIA that does seafood "jjim"So I moved here from LA about 4 years ago. And let me tell you.... it's better than any places I've visited in LA. The quality and taste of the seafood reminded me of the time when I had the best seafood experience in "Incheon" Korea. Koreans in general like to eat "Jjim" with little bit of spice. So when you order here for the first time, request to your waiter or waitress for milder seasoning. My wife and I really love spicy food so we requested for very spicy.... it was spicy. Period.Overall experience, it was beyond great and amazing food. Especially the "crab" in the "jjim"..... try it, you'll know what I mean.
I've been craving good crab and ladies and gentlemen, this is your spot. Spicy crab boil! They fly the crab in from Jeju Korea and it's amazing!!! Super fresh, lots of meat and extra sweet. It goes so well with the spicy sauce. When mixing with rice, I'm in heaven. (Pro-tip: save some sauce and seafood for fried rice at the end!)
Words cannot describe how good the food is here but I will attempt to do so. First, the banchan... wow the egg souffle is on point, it's light, fully, full of flavor and not overtly salty. Second, the mixed seafood boil is packed with lots of fresh seafood (did I mention they fly the crab in from Korea?). Third, the fried rice is on point, fried in the sauce of the seafood boil, it's so scrumptious.

I was a bit hesitant to eat at this restaurant based on some of the reviews here but I'm glad I did. First the place was really clean, the staff did temperature checks, wore masks and the seating area was nicely divided with partitions. Second, the staff was really friendly, very attentive and the service was really good. Lastly, the food was on point! The seafood stew reminded me of my home town of Jeju, it was fresh, spicy and umami.
I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a 5 star rating. Been raised here in Georgia, this is probably the only Korean seafood restaurant but one of best tasting place imo. Really like how they have steam vs soupy dishes. Will be back for more!
Just went to visit this place on Sunday with my family. Food was amazing and they really give you a lot. We had to wait for few mins to get seated but besides from that, it was a great experience. If you’re going there with two people, ordering medium size should be enough.
My wife and I came here Saturday night and it was pretty darn good. The spicy steamed seafood was on point and the side dishes were really good as well. It was pretty crowded but I guess due to vaccination. Definitely would come back!
I’ve been looking for a legit Korean style spicy seafood restaurant ever since moving to Atl and I’m so excited I found this restaurant. The food is sooo good including all the side dishes that come with your order. Friendly staff and super clean private room nooks. Perfect for a small gathering even during Covid. I recommend ordering the spicy fried rice at the end of your meal, it is seriously the best way to end your meal.
