Nice little Korean bakery and cafe. Very bright and seems like remodeled looking at other photos as the booths are gone and comfortable chairs and tables. There are 2 Photo Booths with self service photo machines and props!! coffee is tasty and my latte has subtle blueberry and nutty notes which I really liked. I had the olive bagel, and although it didn’t have the regular chewy bagel texture I expected, it was extremely soft and moist with a bit of chew which I really liked a lot…just had to tell myself it was not a traditional NY bagel. The server was very kind and served my order to my table. There are plenty of places to plug in and the wifi was decently fast to sit and so work. Highly recommend.

I tried this bakery today for the first time and was very impressed. The egg salad sandwich is excellent as was the Earl Gray cookie! The atmosphere was very pleasant and the young lady behind the counter was very helpful. Highly recommended!

They certainly know how to prepare coffee and of course the pastries are amazing
Amazing service, amazing coffee, amazing pastries simple as that
I hadn’t been to Soon Bakery in a while since it’s kind of far from where I live, but I finally went back recently. It used to be famous for its sweet potato bread and rainbow cake—I had some amazing bread there about a year and a half ago, so I was really looking forward to it.
But I heard the owner had changed, and I started to wonder if the taste had changed too. When I got to the cake section, the rainbow cake and some of the other signature cakes were gone. I picked up a few things that used to be their classics, but honestly, they didn’t taste the same. Not bad, just... different. The textures were off.
Especially the sweet potato bread—it had way less filling than before, and the chewy rice texture I loved was missing. I get the feeling people are heading over to the nearby Confections bakery not because the bread here is great now, but because that unique “Soon Bakery” feel is kind of gone.
I pre-ordered and got a beautifully decorated, super fresh cake! The whipped cream tasted just like the fresh milk cream I used to enjoy in Korea. The staff were really friendly, and they even gave me some bread on the house. I’ll definitely be getting all my whipped cream cakes from here from now on. The coffee is great too!

soon’s is my go to spot for studying or meeting up with people! all the pastries are delicious, the drinks are really good (especially the vanilla cream latte), and the staff is so friendly. they make the best bagels in suwanee in my opinion (the everything bagel with scallion cream cheese is kind of life changing).
when i say the staff is friendly, i mean it. every single time i’ve gone they offer free samples of a pastry or bread item! i love soons
Nice music great food amazing vibe everything you could want
Great food and coffee. Great people. One employee in particular is so sweet. She gives free samples to me and my friends and other customers when they come in.
One time, one of my friends was studying for a few hours for medical school exams, and the employee gave this friend some bread because she said “you’re studying so hard”, it was so nice. I love this place SO MUCH. Kindest people ever. Easily one of the best coffee places in Suwanee.
The original owner just recently sold this business, so the magic is gone. It’s over. Soon’s Bakery… gone too Soon. 🥲

This is my second time there. I just really don’t understand how their ratings are so good. The cheese bread loaf I got was stale and dried up, clearly not made the same day. The puff with cream in it was too sweet and the cream wasn’t really tasty. Maybe they were good before which I didn’t experience but definitely not worth 4.8 rating
