Spice Wing Suwanee

I'm really disappointed at this location. They have started charging almost $5 additional if you want rice with your wings when it used to be an option as a combo. The service used to be really exceptional and now it is mediocre at best. Their food score is reflective of my review (80). The pandemic has given businesses an excuse to treat PAYING customers horribly. My family and I will not be eating at this location anymore.

THEY STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! After my online wing order got cancelled cause they were closed during business hours and I called for refund, they tried to offer me membership for some BS coupon company (FunSource) I DECLINED, and immediately got charged for it. Tried to get refund and cancel numerous times and even reported fraud and charged my CC number, and they charging me again!!!! This place works with credit card scammers!!!!!!!

Service was pleasant and speedy. Side order of fries was abundant and tasty. The wings...oh my. Huge disappointment. They were small, overcooked and extremely salty. I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a try. This was a mistake. I am writing to warn potential first time customers that there is potential to be disappointed. Sorry to have to write this, but had I known, I would have gone elsewhere.

Best wings around. Great service! I had mango and mild lemon pepper..plus fried pickles..delicious! Guys cooking are fast and accurate! Definitely my new spot!!

Employee with the curly hair was awesome.(kinda tall guy) Great customer service and food.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I didn’t get my complete order and when I went to complain, one Asian kid told to go and “suck a d***”! What a terrible experience and the food was okay but definitely not going again if you have rude and terrible people that doesn’t know what their doing in this restaurant! I literally have to asked for everything bc my order wasn’t complete and don’t usually do this but I’m not gonna accept this! So I hope I can hear from the manager or corporate!!!

these are supposed to be lemon pepper wings? i am deeply disappointed and upset that i even wasted my money. will not be going here again. plus i asked for straight fries and got waffle fries instead which were also burnt. 0/10 don’t recommend this spot.

Very unprofessional crew!!!! I ordered food from your 3186 Lawrenceville Suwanee 30924 location in Georgia and was totally disrespected!!!! I ordered at 10:15 pm last night and was called back and told that they were out of wings, I requested a refund and was told to come to the store and I would be refunded I get to the store and door was locked and had people look at me through the door.

some of the worst wings i ever had. Wings had no type of flavor or barely any kind sauce on them. Wings were super dry and half the size of my pinky. Fries were undercooked/Soggy with an old oil after taste. 20 Dollar meal, down the drain. Never again !

Excellent customer service. Food was 10 star worthy will grabbing food from here more often!!!

These were worst chicken wings I’ve ever had, VERY SALTY. The fries tasted horrible, there were soggy like they were cooked in cold grease. If you want hypertension eat here.

It was Mother's Day evening and we had trouble finding a place to eat dinner in Suwanee, Georgia and we came upon Spice Wing in a shopping/entertainment center in Suwannee. Friendly staff headed by a young man named Chris who helped make the experience a good one. I had the Korean Wings and Waffle and my wife had boneless wings. The Korean BBQ wings were very good and tasty and had a lot of yummy sauce. The restaurant was out of the chicken tenders so my wife had the boneless wings. The boneless wings were meaty and very good. Overall a good experience due to the hospitality of Chris at the counter.
