I recently started ordering from this location on my way out of town for business. Virtually every time I order Starbucks, I order on the mobile app ahead of time because I know it's going to be busy and if I can plan ahead and avoid an extra 5 to 10 minutes waiting, why not? Every other Starbucks that I have been to, this works perfectly. I order ahead of time, they make the drink and/or food while I am en route and then it is ready when I arrive. However, at this location, they don't start making my mobile app order order until I walk in the door. One of the employees, a rather unpleasant redhead whose name escapes me, announced that they prioritize the drive-thru line and not orders on the app. I'm not sure if this is a strategy she came up with on her own, or if it's a part of the corporate strategy, but there has not been any other Starbucks that operates this way in my personal experience. The whole reason I order ahead is to save time on my 4-hour drive. Why allow people to order ahead if you're not going to make their orders until they walk in? Other than that, the food and atmosphere and location is just fine. But don't expect them to make your order when you order it on the app until you're physically in the building.

The day I went to order gave me very bad experience!! The girl took my order didn't take it correctly. She said the wait would be 15mins but it took me almost 30mins!! I know the place was crowded and busy, but if I didn't have someone waited for me that daye, I wouldn't mind. I came in excited for the drink, but got out felt super disappointed and mad! It totally ruined my morning that day!

I come to this Starbucks every morning before work and every morning I asked for my drink with extra ice and specifically to be shaken, even though they’re already supposed to do that. I’ve never gotten my drink shaken and all my drinks barely have any kind of ice in them at all. I’ve been going for the last four weeks and I’m sick of it. Incompetent workers who are lazy and don’t wanna have to properly make my six dollar drink. How do I know it’s not shaking? Because all the freeze dried strawberries just sit on top in the bottom of my drink is always warm. Also, there’s usually some type of foam at the top when you get your drink shaken.

Avoid this location if you can. Drinks always take longer than expected. Random Sunday afternoon and had to wait 28 mins for 2 drinks (one was just hot tea). This location is always busy, they need to hire more baristas.

This is the most disorganized and slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. With only 4 cars in front of me, I elected the drive through, and I had even pre-ordered a mobile order and got in line 5 mins before it was due to be ready. I sat in the drive through line for a solid 14 mins. They weren’t even that busy inside. Worst Starbucks experience ever. They don’t even do a good job with the drinks. I have been to this one about 5 times out of convenience and it’s the same every time.
Edit: it happened again. I went back and there was exactly one car with two people in it in line at the drive through. I waited 10+ mins behind them, and another 2-3 at the window. How are they so slow?
