I come to this Starbucks regularly for my coffee, so I know exactly what I order every day. I understand that mistakes happen we’re all human. But what I don’t appreciate is the attitude when I try to correct the mistake. Instead of owning up to it and fixing the issue, the response I got was dismissive and unprofessional.
If you’re not listening to something as simple as a single letter on a cup, how can I trust that my actual order will be made correctly? Customer service matters, and a little accountability goes a long way. No one expects perfection, just basic courtesy. If you’re working in customer service, at least make an effort to provide it.

Terrible service from Rachel and her team. She had someone working the window who said “yeah I just got your sticker” and when the order was wrong said “you put it in correctly.” When asked if she could just put a little bit more caramel said “no you gotta put your order in right next time..” funny how I have been coming for over a month with no issues…
