NO DOGS ALLOWED at this location ! I am on my road trip and stopped to charge Tesla Every Starbucks has no issue with me and my dogs walking in and ordering drinks
I wish they can mark on their app what exact location are not allowed pets inside so I would not waist my time and energy

Terrible customer service. I sat down in the lobby for 10 minutes and open my laptop. I always grab a coffee before I leave and I was asked 3 different times if I wasn't going to order anything that I needed to leave. So I just got up and left and I decided I'll get my coffee somewhere else.
I’m a regular at this location, I was feeling dehydrated after running errands and decided to stop by for a cup of water. The lady up front rudely said, “you have to buy something.” Are sales that bad that I need to buy something to get a cup of water? This establishment needs to work on customer service immediately! Not surprised that the rating is 3.9. I’ll never be back.

I don’t know what it is about this specific location. Because apparently having fun and laughing with your group of friends is not allowed in a public space to miss Selene a fellow employee at this location. Me and my group of friends were having lovely time at this location earlier today. It was Six of us not being disruptive towards anyone and simply minding our business. Suddenly we were Told by Selene to keep it down and if we didn’t and refused to do so she was going to kick us out of the establishment. Now i would justify this if we were being supper loud. All the contrary, we were completely reasonable with our volume. Matter of fact i myself have been to other starbucks locations with even bigger groups and with an exceptionally loud group. No employee had ever told us anything or even threatened us to kick us out.I am extremely disappointed in this location. The rest of the staff were nice but after that experience i didn’t feel comfortable.

One of the ladies( I think the manager) that work here were very rude, there was a group of people that were talking and laughing, not much noise , and the lady got mad at them and was threatening them to leave, they weren't even making much noise, very uncomfortable and unwelcoming

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at this Starbucks was so awful I felt compelled to warn others. The service was beyond disappointing— it was hostile. Simply the worst Starbucks I have ever been in my life. We were talking quietly in a group and when some of us started to laugh quietly, an employee by the name of Selena aggressively asked us to quiet down and threatened to make all of us leave. Simply a disrespectful attitude from the employee. I encourage everyone to avoid this location at all costs.
