i came in on a wednesday night for a regular matcha, ordered my drinks with this young girl as i was ordering she interrupted me and started talking to her other co worker. That wasn’t even the worse part…. i finished ordering my drinks i sit and wait at the pick up area and this other lady comes gets her order taken and gets her drink first just because she’s a daily customer. you can tell her order is more complicated and the barista stops with my order to do the other lady’s order. so my drink is half way done just sitting there. all of the young 4 girls just start talking to the lady while i’m here 10 minutes already waiting. i get my drink after 15 minutes of waiting and leave immediately. never coming back. service was horrible.

I just picked up a Pecan Crunch Latte. But even though I ordered extra pecan crunch, they didn’t put any in at all! Last time, I ordered a cappuccino, and it seemed like they dumped in a whole jar of cinnamon powder, making it impossible to drink. I didn’t complain because I had to get to work, but once again I’m left disappointed!

The coffee here is top notch. My pumpkin chai was made to perfection, and my barista, Christen, was phenomenal! She made me feel so welcome with her bubbly personality and charm. She could make anyone smile! Really brightened my morning. Will be back soon!
