I had to give a shoutout to Emily and the amazing team today for making my birthday so special! Really appreciate the amazing customer service and kindness this morning in the drive-thru :)

I visited this Starbucks location through the drive-thru and waited behind about 10 cars before placing my order. The wait was understandable, but unfortunately, they forgot one of the items I ordered. While I know mistakes happen, this isn’t the first time—it’s a recurring issue at this location.
After parking and going inside to request the missing item, one of the staff members handed it to me without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. No courtesy, no customer service effort. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with.
This location consistently falls short when it comes to service. I strongly urge the manager or corporate office to look into the operations here. Customers deserve better attention and respect.

STOP do not enter this establishment if you are dark Completion Black Afro American. You will be followed, spied on, bullied, harassed, by Manager and staff. If you attempt to defend yourself, police is called and you are banned from the shop. Not nice at all for black people..

I just feel pretty invisible in this place… loud greetings to all the regulars and bed people come in and you can hear a pin drop… my order is being taken by someone multi tasking a drive through order and barely even listening to me … not paying to be disrespected

as a fellow starbucks barista, i am disappointed and frustrated with how inconsistent this location is. drinks made here are always subpar and not made according to standard. i ordered a horchata shaken espresso and a brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. there was an absence of cinnamon powder in the brown sugar shaken espresso, and both drinks appeared to not be shaken, as there was no foam in either of the drinks, and they had forgotten to put the cold foam in my drink. i walked back in and asked if i could get cold foam in my drink, to which i did get, but it was the standard vanilla sweet cream cold foam instead of what i ordered. the barista also took the lid off of my drink, set it on the counter upside down and then put the lid that had just touched the counter back onto my drink. huge health code violation and honestly just not good practices. if i am paying over $16+ for two drinks, i expect it to be made correctly the first time and according to standard, without cutting any corners.
Open on Google maps, always actually closed. They close at like 4 pm it feels like. This location sucks just close it down already if you don't want to work. Waste of time driving to this location

Please put a sign on the drive through menu somewhere so people know as well. We had a car in front of us who waited quite some time. We thought they were just ordering or taking their time to order. We then proceeded to wait 5 minutes, but no one greeted us. Then we drove around the building and saw the sign on the drive through window.
Very very rude the don’t serve coffee at 5.50 pm while they close at 7.30 pm cleaning coffee machine during work hours is very unprofessional ended up getting coffee at target.

So I do Uber eats and I want to pick up an order and is 90° outside and I asked for if they can give me a free cup of water and she said we don’t give free water no more you have to make a purchase so what I learn is that Starbucks doesn’t care if you die because you not hydrated, they just care about you making a purchase

One of the first restaurants I found with African-American people and the whole process they follow is wrong.
Not sure if this store just has constant staff turnover or what the issue is but the frequent mistakes are annoying. The worker at the window charged my account for the wrong order, then a manager came over and said they were taking it off (didn’t so I just paid for someone else’s order) then charged me for my order too. And I’m sure you recharged the people who actually ordered that. 😒

i’m usually pretty happy with the drinks I get here but sometimes they mess it up so bad. I’m like what the heck. sometimes I get no cold foam when I order cold foam. extra dollar, and I’m not getting it. And then today, I ordered Matcha and it’s not even fully blended like I’m paying seven dollars for a drink. At least you could do a blend it all the way.

I really feel bad for putting in a complaint in regards to this location, but unfortunately, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve went to. They’ve messed up on my order multiple times this time I called in to get a replacement for my order and the manager was so rude. She talk to me in a condescending tone as if I was a child so I called corporate to make a complaint in regards to her so if anybody has any issues with the store, y’all need to put in a complaint because the store manager needs to go she was so rude. I’ve never had that experience in my life Regarding Starbucks and I go to Starbucks almost every day every day and the lady was so rude. I could not believe that she talked to me the way that she did.
