Horrible experience I would give them negative stars if I could. This female who was checking me out had no customer hospitality and didn’t even make an effort to be friendly. Quite honestly I felt like an inconvenience to her and that if it had been another Indian girl she would have been very friendly instead I got this I don’t care attitude brief minimal eye contact hi. You need to scan your gift card (which is not the problem) I don’t even know if she did anything if she did even bothered to check it behind the cashier. She quite literally acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help a customer. Her whole attitude was very arrogant and just downright rude. She called me ma’am and I’m sorry but no female in their early 20’s likes to be referred to like that usually 20 somethings are much more casual with each other. I was hoping to leave feeling content with a drink in one hand and my gift card in the other but instead I left there empty handed feeling incredibly disappointed and let down by a Starbucks that I’ve been going to and enjoyed stopping by. I very clearly explained to her what I wanted and she still seemed like she had no clue I felt like I had to explain it to her. Also I had to seriously break down for her how to spell my name Elizabeth which is a common name. I’m sorry but Hire American for less problems. Let’s just say this experience was a complete let down.

Nyla and Isaiah at the Starbucks in Suwanee GA are absolutely amazing! Their professionalism, energy, and kindness make every visit enjoyable — true examples of excellent customer service.

However, the manager on duty could use more professionalism and training. She was wearing a hoodie over her head and came across as obnoxious and unapproachable, which took away from the otherwise great experience.

Starbucks corporate should definitely recognize Nyla and Isaiah, and ensure leadership reflects the same high standards they set.

Normally I don't write reviews but this Starbucks has HORRIBLE service. I arrived at 7:27 and waited at the window for 3 minutes. No one answered till after they closed then proceeded to say we are closed and can no longer serve you. I brought my dog and all I asked was for a pup cup. I even offered to pay and they still refused me service saying the wont give me anything. I said I could even come in and get it if they couldn't open the window. Two workers got mad told me to leave. They couldn't wouldn't give me just a to go cup with just whip cream. Do better.

I visited this Starbucks location through the drive-thru and waited behind about 10 cars before placing my order. The wait was understandable, but unfortunately, they forgot one of the items I ordered. While I know mistakes happen, this isn’t the first time—it’s a recurring issue at this location.
After parking and going inside to request the missing item, one of the staff members handed it to me without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. No courtesy, no customer service effort. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with.
This location consistently falls short when it comes to service. I strongly urge the manager or corporate office to look into the operations here. Customers deserve better attention and respect.

STOP do not enter this establishment if you are dark Completion Black Afro American. You will be followed, spied on, bullied, harassed, by Manager and staff. If you attempt to defend yourself, police is called and you are banned from the shop. Not nice at all for black people..

I just feel pretty invisible in this place… loud greetings to all the regulars and bed people come in and you can hear a pin drop… my order is being taken by someone multi tasking a drive through order and barely even listening to me … not paying to be disrespected

as a fellow starbucks barista, i am disappointed and frustrated with how inconsistent this location is. drinks made here are always subpar and not made according to standard. i ordered a horchata shaken espresso and a brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. there was an absence of cinnamon powder in the brown sugar shaken espresso, and both drinks appeared to not be shaken, as there was no foam in either of the drinks, and they had forgotten to put the cold foam in my drink. i walked back in and asked if i could get cold foam in my drink, to which i did get, but it was the standard vanilla sweet cream cold foam instead of what i ordered. the barista also took the lid off of my drink, set it on the counter upside down and then put the lid that had just touched the counter back onto my drink. huge health code violation and honestly just not good practices. if i am paying over $16+ for two drinks, i expect it to be made correctly the first time and according to standard, without cutting any corners.

Open on Google maps, always actually closed. They close at like 4 pm it feels like. This location sucks just close it down already if you don't want to work. Waste of time driving to this location

Temporarily closed today.
Please put a sign on the drive through menu somewhere so people know as well. We had a car in front of us who waited quite some time. We thought they were just ordering or taking their time to order. We then proceeded to wait 5 minutes, but no one greeted us. Then we drove around the building and saw the sign on the drive through window.

Very very rude the don’t serve coffee at 5.50 pm while they close at 7.30 pm cleaning coffee machine during work hours is very unprofessional ended up getting coffee at target.

So I do Uber eats and I want to pick up an order and is 90° outside and I asked for if they can give me a free cup of water and she said we don’t give free water no more you have to make a purchase so what I learn is that Starbucks doesn’t care if you die because you not hydrated, they just care about you making a purchase
