Not sure if this store just has constant staff turnover or what the issue is but the frequent mistakes are annoying. The worker at the window charged my account for the wrong order, then a manager came over and said they were taking it off (didn’t so I just paid for someone else’s order) then charged me for my order too. And I’m sure you recharged the people who actually ordered that. 😒

i’m usually pretty happy with the drinks I get here but sometimes they mess it up so bad. I’m like what the heck. sometimes I get no cold foam when I order cold foam. extra dollar, and I’m not getting it. And then today, I ordered Matcha and it’s not even fully blended like I’m paying seven dollars for a drink. At least you could do a blend it all the way.

I really feel bad for putting in a complaint in regards to this location, but unfortunately, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve went to. They’ve messed up on my order multiple times this time I called in to get a replacement for my order and the manager was so rude. She talk to me in a condescending tone as if I was a child so I called corporate to make a complaint in regards to her so if anybody has any issues with the store, y’all need to put in a complaint because the store manager needs to go she was so rude. I’ve never had that experience in my life Regarding Starbucks and I go to Starbucks almost every day every day and the lady was so rude. I could not believe that she talked to me the way that she did.

My drink was great only reason not getting one star. The people working the drive through are super rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Details have been emailed to corporate complaint office as not going to call out people by name on here but after reading other reviews I see I am not alone in how I feel about there customer service.

Horrible location. Inconsistent quality and rude staff. Like others today I placed a mobile order unaware that the cafe was closed and the store was drive-thru only pulled up to the drive-thru. I was given surprisingly major attitude and told that I did not place an order at that location which, of course I did and they found late after the designated pick up time.

This morning, 09/01/2024, I ordered online using the Starbucks app and choose to pick my order up inside. My pick up time was 08:39am and I got to the store around 08:42am. When I arrived, the store was closed and only the drive thru was open. I got to the drive through told them my name and one of the two young girls was very rude/short with me and told me they have my drink but probably don’t have my food and went radio silent. I pulled up to the drive thru after I could no longer get a response. One of the two young girls handed me my Frappuccino and it was completely watered down, not even a Frappuccino. My ham and swiss croissant that she said they didn’t have, was completely cold as if they didn’t even attempt to warm it up. This customer service is extremely disappointing, as I am also young and work with customers everyday. Not sure if this is all of your employees at this location but the two young girls working this morning need more training or to find a different job.
