I had a wonderful experience at this location. Emily, Ari, Kabah, and Cesar made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped into this Starbucks location! Emily, Ari, Kabah, and Cesar made me wonderful drinks. The drink I got was a carmel latte and a maple brown latte. That latte tasted great! The wonderful service I received made me feel welcomed. I will definitely return to this location again.

ELYSIAN GROUP

Coffee served was lukewarm. It looked like morning brewed and was served to me in the afternoon. I wish there was a 0 star option.

A horrible employee named Luciana Pastro charged me a Venti size price for a Tall size drink and refused to change it. She said it was because I asked for extra whip cream!! I have bee buying the SAME EXACT drink from Starbucks for 11years and have NEVER been told this. She was loud and made several attempts to try and intimidate me. I am filing a formal complaint with BBB and Starbuck corporate office.

I got a mango refresher for my daughter and the woman behind the counter was very cheerful and full of light and answered all my questions and the woman making my drink was making small talk with me very professional young ladies and very nice

High turnover rate, open or closed at random hours......sometimes just nobody there even when it says open. Coffee at starbucks is very expensive. Make your own.

Attitude of baristas is uplifting and I have never seen a starbucks in target that is as decorated and welcoming as this one is. I come here decently because the starbucks in front of target is always closed and this one even has had items that most starbucks stores were out of this summer. I’ve even tried drinks that one of the baristas suggested and they were awesome!

Worst coffee served at this place. The taste is not even close to the Starbucks standards. Management is poor too.

Barista at the register is not so welcoming!! having good chats/laughs instead of attending customers. Thoughts/Feedback form asks you so many questions - like greeting \\u0026 customer service etc but none of the barista’s demonstrated what’s on the feedback form. And not scanning Starbucks rewards??

So I ask for a unique frappe that the barista has never tried before and while I was waiting on it o saw her not fill up my cup all the way and then put the rest of the drink in to little shot glasses for them to try terrible service

Barista at the register paused and exhaled after we placed our order stating she’d have to make more sweet cream therefore we had to wait longer. We agreed to wait, two minutes later this is what my ICCB that’s supposed to have sweet cream looked like. This is what my drink looked like, hopefully the barista will learn to appreciate her job and do things with a better attitude when as a consumer you pay for things to be right. Pictures show how poorly my drink was prepared. Also, remember if you’re not in the mood to take good care of customers, take a break or go home for the day don’t take our your poor attitude on your customers who are the reason why you have a job.
