The manager here is awful he charged me 4.27 for a kiddie milkshake. He could not show me where this price was on the menu. How does it make sense that a kiddie size milkshake cost pretty much the same as the regular size milkshake which is 4.99. I feeled robbed never coming back to this location. The cooks were very nice to me and had much better customer service and apologized on his behalf.

My order was incorrect once again. I was only given on of the sauces I paid for. The rude staff was the most frustrating part though.
For years there was a manager where the food was great and service was great. Lately there’s a guy with major attitude! Strong Haitian accent so it’s hard to understand him at times. But the last few times I’ve gone and he was working, the food was horrible! He doesn’t fill the shakes to the top. I paid to large size my fries and he only filled it half way. We ordered 3 chicken fingers for almost $6 and they didn’t give them to us and I had to remind them they forgot them. Lady who works with him just basically shoved the bag to us through the window and didn’t apologize or anything. The burger he made was missing half the toppings and was smashed like he was angry as he was putting it in the bag. Sketchy people at this Brookwood location. I deleted my SS app and will never go back to this location. They are already very expensive but when the quality of food and service are horrible and with major attitude, I’ll take my business elsewhere. If the owner of this franchise is reading this, you don’t need to have him on your payroll.

Ordered the hotdog fries and a shake, hotdog was cold and chilli on it had no flavor. Onions had probably been sitting out for a week or 2 at least. Fries were cold and stale, also sitting out as long as the onions im guessing. Dont review many places, but wouldnt reccomend.

Happened to stop for a burger combo. Found out that they were under new management and all new staff. The service and the food were perfect. The burger and fries were served hot. Great job guys!!!

The black lady taking the order was yelling about at me about "I am the only person working" and what do you want pull up !!! The asian person working there held open the door for senior citizens and didn't even change them gloves 🤮 the food I ordered was nasty like she never cleaned the grill, and it was a super bitter taste. This is my last time coming here please don't not come here go somewhere else and spend you money.
