Happened to stop for a burger combo. Found out that they were under new management and all new staff. The service and the food were perfect. The burger and fries were served hot. Great job guys!!!

The black lady taking the order was yelling about at me about "I am the only person working" and what do you want pull up !!! The asian person working there held open the door for senior citizens and didn't even change them gloves š¤® the food I ordered was nasty like she never cleaned the grill, and it was a super bitter taste. This is my last time coming here please don't not come here go somewhere else and spend you money.

I would even go as far to say it's my pleasure to serve you at the window. I don't work here anymore because I was verbally and physically assaulted by my manager Shamone Williams. I am a PTSD disabled American Veteran and the owner would rather have a disruptive manager that works there rather than the nice lady named Trudy that took care of the customers. I advise people to stop eating here because I don't want the customers to be verbally or physically assaulted

Been going to this Steak n Shake on occasion for 10 years, and was always happy with the food, the speed, and the staff. Itās exactly what fast food should beā¦that all changed this evening.
Iām assuming there is new management at this location as the manager I knew was typically always there. I pulled into the drive-thru just before 7pm; I was the only vehicle in lineā¦I could see a few people sitting in the restaurant but no one in line ordering food or waiting.
Very simple orderā¦two burgers, a kids grilled cheese, fries, drinks. I sat at the window after ordering for at least 10 mins. The woman opens the window and simply says, ā$29.33ā. I handed her my card and politely said, āHow u doin tonight?ā She responded, āI gotta go to the bathroomā¦Iāve had to go pee all night. Thereās only two of us here.ā I responded, āHey, thereās only one vehicle behind me, why donāt you go and Iām happy to wait.ā She could not have walked slower to the restroomā¦and even slower on the walk back. Zero hurry for anything. It was far more intentionally slow.
Another 10 mins goes by, and she then opens the drive-thru window and says, āI need you to pull around and wait at the back door. I need to get the man behind you.ā I responded somewhat puzzled but still polite, āOkā¦weāre just waiting on?? Is everything ok?ā She replied, āLike I said sirā¦thereās only two of us in here.ā I smiled and said, āRespectfully, thereās only two of us in the last 30 mins out here, and Iāve been here a really long time.ā
I go to the door (itās pouring rain). I wait. And waitā¦5 mins, 10 minsā¦after 15 mins, I decide to drive back around. Thereās no one eating inside, no vehicles other than me still in the drive-thru so I go to the window again. I lightly tap the window and she comes over and angrily says, āIām still waiting on your fries sir!!ā I said, āWHAT??? For the potatoes to grow?? Cmon nowā¦Iāve been nothing but nice and patient but this is ridiculous.ā She shoved the bags into my hand while saying, āGood night sirā.
I had gone grocery shopping just before this stop at Steak n Shake. 34 mins in the grocery store ($200+ of groceries). Steak n Shake took nearly 40 mins to make the only food they sell. Stay away from this location unless you want to age while waiting to eat.

I placed an order for delivery directly from the Steak ān Shake site for this specific location. After waiting about an hour for my order I received an email that said my order was cancelled and to call the restaurant for more details. I called about 10 times over 6 hours between 12:30pm and 6:30pm and no one ever answered the phone. I decided to drive to the location to see if I could get a refund for my order. When I got there, the lady in the drive thru told me there was nothing she could do and as I began to drive off, she yelled for me to come back. She gave me a receipt of my voided order but that was it, I never got a refund and I never got my order. I like Steak n Shake but I definitely wouldnāt recommend this specific location on Peachtree.

They have a male sassy manager who is rude, lacks customer service, and has a constant attitude. Since this change, we decided not to come back until he's no longer at this location. I called the corporate office to give feedback.

I'm a fan of Steak 'n Shake! The service is always friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. Their signature steakburgers are cooked to perfection, and their milkshakes are the perfect treat. I've been going to this location for years, and I've never been disappointed. Great value for the price, too!
Manager very rude. Issue with order (they were out of something to make meal) and they made it so complicated to fix. First and last time visiting due to how rude manager was regarding it all. Will take business elsewhere.

After waiting at the drive-through window for an extended period of time for someone to take my order, I pulled through to the actual window, apologize to the lady at the window because I didnāt know whether they were actually open or not because no one tried to take my order and then she told me I wasnāt allowed to place an order for a milkshake at the window because she was on a timer.. insanely rude.
