I ordered a Philly Steak & Cheese, and I was extremely disappointed. The amount of meat inside the bread was shockingly small — it felt more like a bread sandwich with a sprinkle of steak. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. Subway seriously needs to reevaluate their portion sizes and quality control. This is not the product you advertise, and customers deserve better.

There is almost no meat. He is using a trick because he covered it with a partition so that the customers couldn't see it. Then I don't know if I put meat or how much I put in it. It's a scam.

Worst subway place. The service is not nice. The bread is not fresh and crispy after toasting. They also have weird policy for the coupon. If I can give 0 star, I will!

I went to take out lunch after it was newly renovated, but they didn't give me anything and the price was expensive and they were very rude. Indian people are known all over the world for their bad personalities. I will never go there again. It's a shame to give it even one star. It also smelled moldy.

I placed an order through the Subway app before arriving, expecting to pick it up smoothly. When I got there around 9:35 AM—right when they were supposed to be open—they were still fixing signs and not ready to take orders. The owner told me my order wouldn’t go through, but my app later showed that my order had been “picked up” at 9:55 AM.

When I called the owner again, he said the refund would take one to two weeks to process, and he would “insulate” it once it arrived—whatever that means. Frustrated, I went back to the store to resolve the issue in person. Instead of offering a refund or simply making the sandwich I had already paid for, the owner claimed he never received the order and blamed the app and a third party.

This was a complete failure in customer service. The owner refused to take responsibility, showed no effort to resolve the situation, and left me without my order or my money. Avoid this location unless you want to deal with frustrating, unhelpful management

I have been going to this Subway location for over 10 yrs and I have to say they are the best. I literally don’t go anywhere else. The owners are hands on and I love it. ❤️

This location is hit or miss. But I want to shout out to whoever was making them on 11/27 in the evening. When I go here I have my husband pick me up a sub on the way home, and I order it online. When it got here it was one of the best made sandwiches I have had from them. I mentioned it to my husband, he goes, yeah, the guy was truly a sandwich artist. My husband was watching the guy make someone else's sub while he waited to get mine. My husband said, he was really taking time and effort and made a really good looking sub there.

Visited this Subway twice in recent weeks. Both times, the vegetables were not fresh. The lettuce had browned enough that it prompted this review. I hope the owners improve the quality of their vegetables. It makes me wonder what Subway's internal guidelines on vegetable freshness are.

This by far is the best location in a 20 mile radius. They're always greeting customers, and most importantly, they honor all promotions.

Lobby is always clean. It's just the best. I can't say enough good things.

All other locations will cancel your order if they don't like the promo you choose. Not this location. They actually value their customers.

I went in today to get my usual sub order, The same order I’ve had for over 10 years, and I was told that they are now limiting the amount of black olives per sandwich? 3 olives for a 6” and 6 olives for a 12” sandwich. Not to mention it’s now almost $6 for a 6” sub?? That is ridiculous. I am one of the few proudly remaining customers that still love subway, even though the prices are through the roof, and the food truly is subpar. I can promise you that I will never be back to this location even though I live next door.
