These people are incompetent. I work up the street and currently don’t have transportation, so I’ve been relying on doordash to get lunch. This is now the THIRD time I have paid extra for sliced avocado, and have received a wet, mushy sandwich thats been doused in what looks like baby vomit. These people clearly don’t know how to read, and enjoy wasting people’s time and money, and ruining their meals.

Same bad experience as others on here have mentioned. Bad attitude and cheap with the product they sale. Ordered a couple meatball subs for the advertised price of $5.99 each. He wouldn't put cheese on it! What's a meatball sub without the provolone? Then he gets upset and laughs when I asked for olives and banana peppers. I don't know what he wanted me to do. I guess he wanted me to say don't put anything on it so you can save money by being cheap with your customers. And it didn't help things either that I couldn't understand broken English. Seems the subway franchise would step in on this particular establishment, being that they have such a bad reputation. Of course, the plain subs with no cheese were not good.

I hate to write a bad review, however I don't think it's right to have a kids sandwich (a quarter of a half sandwich)with only half of slice of ham and half of slice of cheese.. wish I could attach a photo for a visual. None of the food looked fresh either. :(

I ordered using a coupon instore and they started stating that I can only use coupon on certain items so I order churro and it is way under cooked and I tried to get a refund or and exchange and the Indian lady refused and stated there is nothing wrong with the product

They don’t honor coupons. They over charge so check your receipt!!! Also had a mistake, denied mistake and refused to replace or refund and blamed it on the owners, said they were not allowed too.

Was told they accept no coupons at all at this location. I used coupons before but I was refused service. What a waste of time coming here.

Frozen veggies. Not sure if they follow Subway’s guideline properly. Saw the staff put pickled jalapeños in a bowl for other customer by mistake and then took out put back in the container. Do not understand if that is acceptable.

If you order from subway app. They will cancel your order. I’m guessing they don’t participate with subway coupons or they just don’t like the order. If you do somehow order your food you will notice a significant decrease in the quantity of the materials. Only reason why we stop by here is because of Walmart but it has to be one of the worst subway in town.
Do not use this location for online orders using a coupon. This location is listed as a location who accepts promo coupons but the owner Sharmila will cancel the order before you get there. Now we have to wait 3 days to get our money back. They do not have a sign anywhere in the store that states that they do not accept online promos or coupons. Will never purchase from them again.

If I could Leave zero stars I will charmilla the management or whoever she is in the most pitiful human I’ve met. The space is disgusting in both stores which match her personality. Don’t buy here .
