I don't really know why would people give poor ratings, nevertheless I always keep coming back to this cool spot and I love it. They are friendly, specially Tanzeer and Navya. They make an extra effort to make sure that I am satisfied each time. I understand that the employees cannot be perfect and no matter how hard they keep trying, there are always going to be some people who are not gonna be pleased with you.
