I ordered online and used the buy one get one 50% off promotion at this location. Upon paying for my order i used my $6 reward coupon. After submitting my order in was in the process of building. Wait time was about 15 min so my husband and i walked around Walmart until my order was complete.After waiting I went to pick up my order only to find out that it was cancelled.The employees there couldn't give me a reason why and I had asked to speak to the manager, which wasn't currently present. The one lady that was working was completely rude. wouldn't talk to me and was very disrespectful.I left without my food to no answers to my questions as they had no idea why my order was cancelled.This is not my first time at this current location and ive had problems before. I will no longer be a customer here.Please do better!!!!

This is the worst subway experience ever.We tried to use a mailed in coupon and they said that we could choose only from cold cut, turkey ham and veggie. This was ok since I always have cold cut anyways and I heard this before from other subway restaurants.The surprise was that in case of “coupon sandwiches” only lettuce, tomato and onion were included. All other toppings were extras and charged separately.Even with extra charged toppings we ended up having the thinnest subways we ever had in our life.

The manager is completely incompetent. She personally decides if your confirmed and paid order through the Subway app will be prepared or canceled. If you place an order they may or may not cancel it because she does not know how to her job and ensure certain deals are excluded within the app for this store. This is the only Subway I have experienced this. Terrible management.
Unknown as to service and atmosphere as I order online and go pickup. I have gone to this location for years. Today the veggies were old and nasty. After consuming the meat got really sick. Will not be returning, the prices have gone up while the food quality has really gone down.

-0 rating!!!!! There was a ROACH laying between the meats! It was alive and I had to bring it to the staff's attention but instead of taking the whole container out, he only took out the meat it was touching and the roach. I cancelled my order and will never return to any subway.

I ordered a caliclub but I had to decline the avocado. It was almost black. I asked how old it was. Probably a couple of days, the employee told me.I also had to pick the spinach off the sandwich. It was old and slimy.I'm surprised Subway would continue to serve something old and rotting. I won't eat from this location again.
