This place is a horrible restaurant. I ordered one platter for a tennis match two days before the game. It was raining, and I had to cancel the order, but I decided to pick it up and pay for the one that i ordered thinking it is too late to cancel. But, when I picked up the order, they gave me two platters.
The staff told me that they tried to call me to confirm the order, but she said someone else got the call. It was totally LIE. I checked, and there was no call from the restaurant. Then, they dumped two platters on me, mentioning another team canceled their order. I believe they manipulated the order and increased it from one to two platters on my order slip. They dumped the order that other team canceled to my order.
Long story short, these people are not honest and deceive their customers. Don't fall prey to them.

I had a very bad experience in this subway. They said they are accepting coupons but during billing, they mentioned that coupons doesn’t work on Chicken Teriyaki. I regularly go to subway but this is the first time I heard that it doesn’t apply to a specific chicken item. Some stores doesn’t participate, and I get that. But here they are saying that they accept coupons but creating new rules to scam people. I’m never going back.

I find it wild how you offer to make sandwiches how the costumer wants. You end up messing it up and don't want to redo a $5 sandwich? How to not have a business 101. On top of that then you text your costumer and tell them they're lying while we all are looking at the order on the computer. Make it make sense! Terrible costumer service to someone who uses the store weekly. I feel like I was a Diddy party I did not want to attend.

If I could give zero stars I will! The owners are RUDE and disrespectful not only with their employee but with the customers! I asked for few veggies to be add to my 6inch and the lady got upset and start throwing the ingredients on my sandwich! Avoid coming to this place! The only good thing is they’re clean and the hispanic old lady which is super sweet and kind !Look picture for reference of who the owners are and stay away!

So now I decided to call corporate to report them!PS: If you guys are a participating location should be taking the coupons with no complaints! The owners are very welcoming and nice. They make the sandwich according to your taste and make suggestions on how to enhance the experience. It is very clean, and I will definitely be coming here again.
