Completely butchered my order - was missing all my toppings except one (1/4) and did not put one sauce. Bread was also not toasted despite even though I ordered it toasted. The place was empty when I went to pick it up and yet the guy couldn’t make the food (2 footlongs) as instructed.

I ordered pick up on the app and my sandwich was made wrong. I’m having a hard time understanding how hard it is to follow directions and make a sandwich? I will just go to Publix from now on.

Regardless of all the negative reviews, I see on here on this specific location, Mr.Omen always serves my subs with a smile on his face and a big welcome. sandwich is always made with love. Veggies are always fresh. You can’t ask for any more than that especially for a fast food sub place. this man definitely has one of the best subway customer services in the area. definitely show this location and owner some love. I think they highly deserve it. 💚

I’ve tried multiple times now to go to this location at 9:10-9:30am and they are never open at the times they have displayed. Super inconvenient!

This location does not have a working restroom. It is my understanding that if you have seating in a dining room you are required by health code to have restrooms available to the customers. As you can see from the pictures, the restrooms are blocked.

Stopped in on Saturday at 9:30 am to pick up a sandwich for lunch, and nobody was there even though Google Map AND the sign on the door said you open at 9.

I’ve been coming to this location with my husband recently and it is the best subway I’ve ever been to. It’s the cleanest, nicest and friendliest subway. You can tell the owner really cares about his franchise. I hope this subway remains this way!

Located in a plaza. Excellent customer service. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out. Known for their sub sandwiches. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. As of 10/2024.

The food is disappointing, wish I could say I was satisfied with the sandwiches. I come here regularly, but the sandwiches have gotten worse over time. I used to go to subway to get a juicy thick sandwich. Now all you get is a thin spread of meat if any (they hide the meats so hard to see what they put on your sandwich), where it feels like just eating a veggie sandwich, and the veggies are mainly just lettuce, two-three slices of tomatoes, 4 thin slices of cucumbers across a whole foot long. I don’t mind paying more to get a decent sandwich, but I feel like even if I would pay more these owners would try to get me less than what a sandwich should have on it. Also, I was not using a coupon like others said and paying full price.
