Went to location for Tuna sub and was denied Access to ladies room. I've lived in the area 22 years this is first management that refused use of facilities. Also not allowed more than 10 minutes seated to finish meal. Pushes purchase of meal deal. Discourage afro American in restaurant. Threaten police involment if continue eating longer than 10 minutes in restaurant.

Best Subway I’ve had in years! The dude hooked us up. Ingredients were fresh and delicious and the place was like, hospital clean!
The guy working was super friendly as well!

Value not there, so I brought a coupon for 2 footlongs for $12.99. It gave a list of sandwiches that are not included. I ordered 2 footlong subs and when I presented the coupon they said they couldn't honor it because one sandwich was not available for that coupon...I showed them it did not list that one on the coupon. They would not budge, I told them to make me another BMT, that i didn't want the one they said I could not use with the coupon. They would not make me another one, I told them I did not want the one they said no to...long story short, a $12.99 coupon cost me $21.68. I will never go back there. I even offered to pay the extra $2.10 price difference...they would not. screw this subway.

My employer orders from this location sometimes, but the order is NEVER 👎🏾 completed as requested!! How can you screwup 8 6” sandwiches?!?!? Dry, no mayo, salt, pepper or etc. the sandwiches were horrible today!!! Extremely disappointing!!!

I can't give negative stars here...the short Asian guy was so rude..this is the second and probably the last time I visited this location. He treats people based on how much you're spending, rushing everytime, don't know where to scan QR code, worst treatment and disrespectful to everyone, looks like he's fed with the job but just want to earn without providing 1% of service, no smile, what he speaks only he knows. Such a disgraceful person and location!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR US. Yesterday we were giving attitude, rushed, sandwich made sloppy and was told to “just eat it” by the short Asian man (seems to be the manager) they profiled us all because we wanted some lunch. My friend asked for salt and pepper and he dumped a ton on the sub and when my friend asked “hey man why are you being disrespectful to us? We are paying customers.” The Asian man told him TO JUST EAT IT! REALLY!? The customers in there as well were racist. They laughed at us while we was having the exchange with the manager. We walked out and was mugged the whole way out. It’s 2025. We should all be equal. Especially with him being a minority as well. It’s extremely sad. Little does he know we may be black but we are very successful people. With a lot of contacts of subway owners and law enforcement. The disrespect is uncalled for. The profiling is unacceptable. I will be taking matters to a higher level. The racism has to stop. I just wanted a sub. BUT I WILL NEVER GIVE OR ATTEMPT TO GIVE A DOLLAR TO A SUBWAY FRANCHISE AGAIN!

Having been a frequent patron of this establishment for an extended period, I was astounded to encounter a refusal to rectify my sandwich. The response was unequivocal at best : I would be required to purchase a replacement sandwich instead of them remaking it. I won’t be returning.

I accidentally ordered from this location online. A minute after placing it, realizing I made a mistake, I called to cancel the order. The person I spoke to said the order would be cancelled. I was still charged. I followed up on the app and was still not refunded.

Recently just went here and the service and food were outstanding!!! There was no wait and Nilpa Patel served the food herself which had nothing but fresh ingredients. Improvements have definitely been made at this establishment.
