If I could give this place negative stars I would! IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR US. Yesterday we were giving attitude, rushed, sandwich made sloppy and was told to “just eat it” by the short Asian man (seems to be the manager) they profiled us all because we wanted some lunch. My friend asked for salt and pepper and he dumped a ton on the sub and when my friend asked “hey man why are you being disrespectful to us? We are paying customers.” The Asian man told him TO JUST EAT IT! REALLY!? The customers in there as well were racist. They laughed at us while we was having the exchange with the manager. We walked out and was mugged the whole way out. It’s 2025. We should all be equal. Especially with him being a minority as well. It’s extremely sad. Little does he know we may be black but we are very successful people. With a lot of contacts of subway owners and law enforcement. The disrespect is uncalled for. The profiling is unacceptable. I will be taking matters to a higher level. The racism has to stop. I just wanted a sub. BUT I WILL NEVER GIVE OR ATTEMPT TO GIVE A DOLLAR TO A SUBWAY FRANCHISE AGAIN!

Having been a frequent patron of this establishment for an extended period, I was astounded to encounter a refusal to rectify my sandwich. The response was unequivocal at best : I would be required to purchase a replacement sandwich instead of them remaking it. I won’t be returning.

I accidentally ordered from this location online. A minute after placing it, realizing I made a mistake, I called to cancel the order. The person I spoke to said the order would be cancelled. I was still charged. I followed up on the app and was still not refunded.

Recently just went here and the service and food were outstanding!!! There was no wait and Nilpa Patel served the food herself which had nothing but fresh ingredients. Improvements have definitely been made at this establishment.

Deserves negative rating. The app says that the order has been picked up and they didn’t even started making the sandwiches. The crew on duty was cleaning the floor when I am waiting at store to pickup the order. Took 30 minutes at a so called Quick service restaurant for get a sandwich. App didn’t allow to cancel the order and they were not giving the order. What a pathetic system. Do not recommend at all

Should’ve listened to the other reviews. They skimp on toppings. I asked for extra pickles,spinach, and red onions. I got 2 pickles, barely any spinach or red onions. What a joke.

This place is full of cheaters, they charge you different rates for the sandwich. Be careful with the prices. Their rates are very high when you compare with other subway’s near by.
