Suwanee Chicken & Pizza

I have eaten here a couple times now. The food is always good but the service is not that great. During my first visit, I had a younger server around college or high school age. She took my order quickly, but drinks are in single serving cans. I went through the first one mostly while waiting for the food, but she was too busy behind the counter on her phone to notice I was trying to wave at her for another drink. I didn’t want to be rude and get up for one so I just waited for her to look up when another customer came in. It was a little busier on my second visit. Had an older server that seemed to be working by herself, but even though she was walking around a bit, it still took several attempts to get her attention for more drinks as she didn’t stop by to check on me. If they are not going to go around and check on customers while they are dining, maybe they just bring several of the single-serving drinks to the table and only charge for the cans that are opened. There are people constantly smoking right outside the doors, this was banned in Gwinnett 20 years ago, but no one stops them and the required signs are not posted. On my third visit, I arrived just before 9:30, but I was told they were only open for takeout even though other tables were full of people eating and the sign on the door said they were open until 10 pm. There are similar businesses in the area that serve the same food with better service, I’ll be going to the others in the future.

Wife and I stumbled upon this place and man was the food delicious! We're from an area in the south that doesn't have much cultural diversity (shocking I know) so finding this spot was awesome. Iv always loved sweet potato anything so a sweet potato pizza with pineapple is everything to me. Wife got their teriyaki Chicken and that was delicious as well

To start off, it was very difficult to place the order, the employee didn’t speak the best English so it took long to place the order and they ended up messing it up. She said they would remake it but when i come back another day they only gave me a $2 discount. The sweet potato pizza was good i just wish they had better customer service and stuck to their word

I've been wanting to come since they've been open few months. Man oh man. Definitely a different kind of wing flavor in a good way. They have saucey sauce. Really good. Ordered 3 different flavors. Meat lover pizza with cheese crust was good. My new wing and pizza place. Definitely recommend

I ate it from Togo and then ate it at the store and it was even better!! The pizza was especially delicious~ and the seasoned chicken!

I ordered fried and sweet garlic sauce chicken. Fried one was ok but sauce chicken was raw inside. I guess today is the last day to order.

I had my food delivered by Uber. The fried chicken was raw inside. Made me sick. Today. October 27, 2023. I will never never never order from this restaurant again. Just to think if what I bit into makes me sick.

It’s been a few months since I ate seasoned chicken…
It's so delicious..
I was surprised that it tasted like seasoned chicken from an old neighborhood chicken restaurant.
The owner is kind and the staff keeps checking in to see if you need anything.
I think I will eat a lot during my business trip. This is already the second time.
