Who ever owns this place should be embarrassed. It’s so bad I’m leaving this bad review in the drive through, where I’ve been trapped for 35 min. I called to ask why no one was taking orders. They said we ran out of food and hung up on me lol. It was 9:30. If theres a positive review is probably from the staff.

if you ever order for someone else, and want to piss them off...this is where you go. they will, without fail, get it wrong. take an employment pool that's at the bottom of the barrel, pull them out of that barrel, and then take a scraper to the bottom of that barrel; scrape away until you have just enough to make something that knows how to breathe on it's own, and you might be able get them hired at this location if they're short staffed.

It’s hard to really know the service when the doors are locked and you can’t walk in. It’s not even 8:00pm and the manager told me he had too many customers so he locked the doors.
I absolutely loved my order! Everything was perfect, and the service was outstanding! Plus, the Taco Bell was so clean and inviting. I couldn't be happier!

I just got back from this location, corner of Peachtree Ind. and Lawrenceville Suwanee Dam Rd. I pull up to the drive-thru and I hear a "YES", ?Hmmmm......I thought the person taking the order was making a phone call, and I didn't reply to the "YES". I continue to say "HELLOOOO" and the person at the speaker said "YES", I said, "can you please take my order?", she said "what do you want?, that's why you pull up to the speaker?" ?I asked her if they had something that I saw online, she said "do you see it on the menu?", I said "No ma'am, that's why I'm asking, because I didn't see on your menu." she said, "well that's only online, what do you want?!!!!" At this point I was already intimidated by her, but I was already there and I only had a few minutes, being I was only picking up and taking it back with me to work. I approach the window, and it turns out it was the manager that had taken my order and was handing it to me. She gives me my total and I asked her if they took Apple Pay, and she reaches out the window?I'm like....you do take apple pay??She didn't reply, and said "well give me the phone!!", I said, can I do it, she said "I have to do it"? and then....I asked her for some hotsauce, and she gives me 3, I asked her to please give me a few more. She gives me a handful with an annoyed look ?. She hands me my order and I asked for an extra cup of ice, and she gives me a half full small cup with ice, I said can I get some more, the drink doesn't have enough ice. She looks at the cup of ice and lets out a "uuuugh" and gives me back the cup of ice already full of ice, and closed the drive thru window??All in all, the service was right out horrible, especially from a MANAGER who acted like I was asking for a hand out.. This place is like 3 min. from where I work, but I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! even if I have to drive a little further.
Kid-friendliness: NOT KIND AT ALL, THE MANAGER WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK MY ORDER AND WAS PLAIN RUDE AND OBNOCTIOUS.
