Just because you are getting paid a wage you don’t agree with doesn’t mean you do the bare minimum. You chose to work in customer service and that’s NOT the customer’s fault. Shameful!

Horrible Taco Bell I wouldn’t order here. Line was almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. They gave us the wrong food not what we ordered and made us go drive over and ended up taking an extra 10 minutes. The food was partially cold and prepared horribly. Wouldn’t even offer a refund.

Horrible taste of food. I had take out ordered of Mexican pizza and soft taco. The ground beef smell and taste like old and spoiled. I threw them right away and washed my mouth thoroughly. It was disgusting. I promised never to eat any food or drink from any Taco Bell ever again. Not sure how that Taco Bell restaurant survived health inspection. Or perhaps health inspectors are not doing their job at any fast food chain restaurants. What a shame!!

This is by far the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve been sitting in the drive-thru for over 35 minutes with four cars still ahead of me, and I haven’t even received my food yet. The service is unacceptably slow and unprofessional. I understand busy times, but this is extreme.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. Employee was very obviously trying to drive business away to avoid work. Didn’t say anything quickly enough after the first time he asked for my order and he rudely asked “What can I get you” again. Then when I asked the price of a box I was told “why don’t you take a second and use your eyes to look at the menu”. Didn’t bother ordering food at this point. Might want to take a look at how you run your business if the owner even checks these.

The gentleman working seemed to be working both drive thru and inside. He was so nice, prompt, and finally someone gave me a lot of fire sauce packets!!! Food was a great temperature, tacos were full (not wimpy in servings as usual) and delicious. Dr Pepper is not watered down or yucky as has been in the past.

i was the only person in the drive thru, and nobody showed up behind me so i know they’re not busy. yet they forgot to give me items in my order. very frustrating i feel like anytime i get food in the drive thru something is forgotten and it’s so frustrating.
Went through the drive thru at 9:29pm on 10/22. Right as we pulled up to the drive thru our 3 month old baby began crying. We had placed a mobile order so only had to inform the drive thru worker that we had a mobile order to pick up. The employee made several annoyed, sarcastic comments about our crying baby before we could tell him we just had a mobile order. The last thing the employee said was that “your baby must be constipated.” I don’t go to Taco Bell at 9:30pm for excellent service, but this was rude and disrespectful even by those standards.
