Does well until it gets busy. You can spend up to an hour waiting for your order when it's busy. Additionally, orders don't seem to be prioritized in a first-come first-serve priority. However, everything is good in off-peak hours

DON’T EAT HERE. SPOILED FOOD AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Against my better judgment, I went to Taco Bell and ordered two tacos. From the moment I pulled up, the employee working the window was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. No greeting, no receipt, no sauce offered—nothing.

When I started eating, one of the tacos tasted spoiled. I could not finish it and immediately felt uncomfortable continuing to eat the food. That is a serious issue and completely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a fast-food chain.

The employee’s attitude was just as bad as the food—cold, unpleasant, and clearly uninterested in doing his job or treating customers with even minimal respect. It makes you wonder why management allows people like this to interact with customers at all.

More people need to speak up and expose businesses like this that gladly take customers’ money while delivering horrible food and even worse service. If you hate dealing with customers, get out of the service industry. No one forced you to take the job. You chose Taco Bell. Customers should not have to suffer because of bad attitudes and careless work.

Horrible experience, unsafe food, and terrible service. I will not be returning and strongly suggest others avoid this location.

It’s my first time using the Taco Bell app. I was pleased to see how I could add additional items to my bean burrito. I added ground beef and jalapeño, which tasted great. I wish the beans weren’t so runny; they kept dripping out of the shell which made it messy to eat.

Ordered from taco bell app, drove to location 15 min later, they didnt even punch in my order to prepare.
I had ask at register and then they put in the order,then wait at restaurant another 15 min to get my food which was best at slightly warm , not hot. It was first time seeing taco bell with very uneasy vibe(atmosphere wise inside taco bell).
I cnt complain about taste, its gonna be mostly same at all taco bell but i think food has to be hot when served.

Orders and always make a mistake. Their app and web sites are broken and do not work properly. They need to change a lot of things of they want to stay in business

The service is horrible. We waited for more than 45 mins for a pickup order.It was not too busy with lots of people.Food didn't feel fresh. Never going back to this location.Definitely understaffed.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Taco Bell in Johns Creek. The manager on duty, Dasesha, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect for customers. As a manager, she should set the standard for excellent service, but instead created a very unpleasant experience.

This level of behavior is unacceptable, and I feel it deserves to be escalated to Taco Bell Corporate and, if this location is a franchise, to the franchise owner as well. Customers should never be treated this way, and I hope immediate action is taken.

If there was a zero I would have given it a zero. First of all, there were only 2 staff members and they were extremely rude. We were waiting in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes because they were slowing down everyone’s orders. And when we finally got there, she said she has our name for the order. However, when we pulled up to the pickup window the lady said she didn’t have our name or anything of the sort and we wasted 1 hour there. The lady’s tone and language was very rude throughout the whole experience. Bad communication, understaffed, and just a bad vibe overall. Do not go to the place, go somewhere else.
