I had placed an order for 1 gordita at 6:40pm for 7pm pickup. I asked the front desk guy at 7:05 pm about the order and he rudely said it will take time and nothing else. After 10 mins of no one even having courtesy of saying sorry, I asked about my order and the lady picked up the bag from inside which was sitting there for more than 5 mins.. When asked why I was not given my order when it was ready, she said they were busy and no apology. Terrible service at this Taco Bell.

I had the most positive experience at this Taco Bell last night when I encountered Kaleb. He has a magnificent personality, is generous with sauce, and gave great customer service. He deserves a promotion. And the Chicken Cantina crispy tacos 🌮 were perfect. Thanks for a great experience.

Always good of course. I love some of the new colors that they have made their restaurants by painting them different colors because I am completely paralyzed now, I do not go inside but I always gothrough the drive-thru. I guess I have tried every item on the menu at least one time and there talways changing them up

I am begging you – – avoid this place like the plague. You will not get food. You will not get service and you will waste your time.
After waiting in the drive-through line for 45 minutes (I should’ve left after the first five, but there were four cars behind me and I was blocked in) because their sit down is closed because of course it is, the sign on the speaker asks you to order from the window because apparently the speaker is broken.
Once arriving to the window, you are immediately told if you do not have cash they will not accept your payment because they are cash only today.
Absolute nightmare.
