Burger was overcooked, and the egg that was on top of it was hard and burnt also. The waiter told the manager that the burger was overdone and the manager said to give it to the customer anyway. If she complains I'll give her a discount. Wasn't looking for a discount, was looking to eat dinner. The waiter did ask if I wanted to order anything else. I did not because the kitchen was backed up, and it already took us an hour to get our food on a very not bust Tuesday evening.

Great place for people to enjoy good food and watch sports. The bartender and waitress we had was ?! They were engaging and personable. They were attentive to our needs. We received our food in a timely manner!
My favorite taco mac location food is always amazing here and service is always spot on! The chef in this location is excellent the wings are always seasoned to perfection and the beer is always nice and cold!

This is the second time that we arrive and at this location with disappointment. This time we arrived and waited for a while , but nobody bothered to even look at us. We eventually just left and went to another restaurant. It is sad, because we like the food, but the service need serious improvement

My wife and I have driven past this place multiple times but never stopped to check it out. Well, we finally did.We were greeted at the door by Francis (one of the managers) and taken to our seats. 'Mags' was our server. Both of them were happy to tell us about Taco Mac since this was our first visit. The service was e excellent. The food and drinks came quickly. Mags came back several times to check on us, as did Francis.Now, on our second visit, it seemed t like a different restaurant. We stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to seat us. They had several small tables to attend to, but they weren't really busy. We had to constantly wave to 'Jackson' (our server), to get his attention. My order of hand tossed bone in wings was wrong. They gave me boneless wings.It was not an enjoyable experience.We'll give them another shot, but we are going to call ahead to make sure Francis is there!

I ordered 30 wings to go with a large fry. I got 30 wings all drums, with brown old celery and carrots, and what appearec to be a small fry. Not good, not good at all.

First time having Taco Mac, being from Florida I was told it was one of the best franchise sports bar around. Not true at all. I got wings which were flavorless and dry. My wife got mozzarella sticks which were pretty greedy. Definitely not worth any where near the $45 I paid. Good thing we don't have these in Florida!

Not the quality or taste I remember. We ordered takeout this evening :( Buffalo wings were so dried out and very little sauce. They were also overcooked. I ended up having to order more food from somewhere else for the family for dinner. The Philly egg rolls I could tell had good flavor if they weren’t burned. Very disappointing.
