Why ask me to fill a survey when the service is poor. 7 minutes for a caramel frappe?? I was addressed at the payment window with “how are you please leave a tip”. The staff needs training. Drink had a hint of caramel and very watery for what was supposed to be a frozen drink

Though this through over night still very disappointing about the service. It took nearly 10 minutes for the food to be served. Some guy was not communicating with me and completely ignored my intruduction and chances of getting to know the staff. Would not be back anytime soon for this place.

I love this Human Bean. It's very convenient for me as it's on the correct side of the road during my morning commute down McGinnis Ferry and the service is FAST. There's no waiting in line, and if there are cars in the drive through they keep them moving quickly. The coffee is fantastic and the food is amazing. It's far superior to other larger chains that I don't need to mention by name, but we all know who they are - and the quality you get for a better price, in my opinion, makes going here a no brainer.

Additionally - I wanna give a shout out to the staff. They're all incredibly friendly. I'm typically starting my day here, and they always make it a very pleasant experience! We all need some positive interaction in the morning to get our days started on the right foot, and this Human Bean delivers on that!

I highly recommend these guys and I think they're a great addition to our community. A wonderful business!

The Human Bean is one of my favorite coffee places. They have a wide variety of sugar free syrups and the breakfast foods are always solid.

Asked for a simple black coffee, not sure what I got instead. Slow slow slow. I wouldn’t come here if you have somewhere to be. The bagel was decent

I passed through a location in ft Oglethorpe and it was great! I didn’t realize this location was near so of course I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately it was sub-par at best. I was in the drive thru for a bare minimum of 15 minutes and it’s not like they had a line of cars - maybe 3-4 in front of me. The experience when I finally got the window was not much better. I was just met with my total - no hello or how’re you doing. Then just handed my drink. No thank you or have a nice day? The drink was ok, def watered down but it’s a small shop what can you expect. Rather just go to quick trip and spend half the price lol

The service took longer than expected. I was super excited because I had no idea there was a bean near me, but this wasn’t the service I have been accustomed to. I got a snowy and it tastes different than how the other locations make it.

The drink was horrible, not the same service as it used to be. New management slacks and is very rude
