Service was terrible. Like the other guy said, tip is earned not just given. It is a privilege not a right.

Experience was outrageous and just completely absurd. All the ladies serving us seemed like they didn't want to work, or for some reason had a bad day idk, but let it out on the customers. Especially lady with dyed brownish hair. We asked for the bare bare minimum(asked for sprite, aprons), yet they did not fail to show us attitude the whole time. Afterwards, like decent people we are, we tipped them about 7 dollars which was around 12%? As we left, lady comes out RUNNING saying it is mandatory to tip 18%. I work in service and while everyone works hard to earn their tips, these ladies think its a right not a privelage to get tipped. We came in here all the time. I can't lie the food is amazing. However, all the previous workers were not present. Those ladies were very enjoyable to talk to and we always. Im talking always tipped at least 20% -25%. This behavior is outrageous, to come out running for more tip. Please just go to the duluth one or just don't go at all. Hopefully the owner gets rid of these ladies or more so LADY, and finds a way to rebuild this place back to it's prime.

No one seated me, I walked in, saw 3 server at the kitchen area, they saw me, and went into the back. I waited almost 10 min or so, a person leaving, came up behind me, looked down to the counter then left, so I did also. Maybe they only serve Koreans?

Seafood nurungji soup, yulingi, and bulmakchang are my favorites!
“Real Shrimp Cracker” is really good! It's the best with beer!!
Be sure to try it. It’s the ultimate in nutty flavor.

The food is delicious, but you have a lot of time, but you only have a lot of time. You said that, but it doesn't seem to be the case ^^ Now I'm waiting, and you're not even coming to pick up the check.

If you order food at this place, it won't come out until you starve to death. Once you order, it won't come out until 30 minutes or almost an hour at the earliest.
It ruined an enjoyable evening.
I will never go again.

I try take out both time was wrong they don’t seems to know their tiny menu, try dine in you either wait forever or just walk to cashier and pay even that took a while they massively under staff, good is great but won’t go back there anymore

we ordered their 닭갈비 and it was super good! it was a lot for my friend and i so we had the rest for togo. the place was super vibey and their service was really good as well! I appreciate the humor and their kindness☺️☺️☺️

Delicious food and great service every time we dine TODAM in swanee! This is one of our favorite korean restaurants. Two thumbs up to the chef!! Definitely recommended!
