genuinely confused how this place has high reviews gotta be fake or something
ordered 10pc wings with rice, paid a whole extra $1.50 for eggs in the rice and didn’t get eggs lol
wings are horrible and not fresh definitely was fried the day before. them wings were hard as a ROCK, have no flavor and they give you like 0 sauce. fried rice seems to have been old as well
just don’t eat here not the move at all
definitely finessing people out here never coming back

Usually don’t leave reviews but this the spot ! Zully has amazing costumer service and greets you with a smile not only that the restaurant is spotless very very clean food is great ordered myself 10 wing combo and oh my gosh ! Will definitely come back !?

Not again. This is my 4th visit to this place since they took over and 3 out of 4 times, there have been issues.
Today I ordered a 6pc wing combo, X-hot and all flats.
1. there is a $3 charge for all flats...THREE DOLLARS, where most places it's no more than $1-1.50.
2. Apparently, someone ahead of me ordered lunch for their entire office. Granted, the restaurant can't control (to and extent), but they can let the people waiting after that person that there will be an additional wait. Had I known, I would have went somewhere else, as most people that come around that time are on a lunch hour.
3. This is the most important. Remember that $3 charge for all flats on a 6 pc wing combo.....I get to the office and have 5 flats and 1 drum.
I'll be honest. Had it not been for that last part, I would have shrugged it off and tried them another time. The wings aren't bad. Nice size and good flavor, but not following direction, charging a ridiculous amount for all flats or drums and then not delivering on the request that I was charged for is a no go for me.

I can’t rate their food quality because I did not eat there but I can tell you that they do not sell barbecue at all. The closest thing they have to barbecue is barbecue wings. So if you’re going for barbecue, dont.

Bruce is an exceptionally polite and welcoming person with great customer service and the food is REALLY GOOD!!!

Finally found my wing spot! Bruce was super friendly and I immediately felt like I was family. Wings are a great size, super flavorful, and juicy! The fries were crispy and hot. Will definitely be returning!

I just had the best experience at Big Bruce BBQ & Wings! Everything was top-notch - the restaurant was clean, the food was amazing and fresh, and the customer service was outstanding. Mr. Bruce himself was so personable with every single customer. It was definitely an unforgettable experience and I'm giving it a solid 5-star review across the board!

Ordered the wings and fries to take home. Appreciated the fact that I could split the wings to get different sauces within a single order of 15. Enjoyed the BBQ, but the Sweet Chile is my new favorite! Plenty of variety on the menu that will appeal to the whole family. Big Bruce…we’ll be back!
