Tous Les Jours Bakery

I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!

staff decided to close the Livermore location early, staff was rude about it. Stated they only closed like 2 min early. I was there before that and the chairs were already up and floors mopped so was obviously closed way before then. I had gone in earlier in the day to see what they had and was coming back with my daughter. Needless to say we will NOT be back.

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

The ladies who work here are so sweet. We always order birthday cakes here. Their English sometimes is limited, so be patient!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.

Got the mango cloud cake for my friend's birthday. Everyone loved it!

I bought a beautiful, delicious cake for a party I was invited to and everyone loved it! They said it was perfect, not too sweet, moist, and elegant!

I also recommend their breads, coffee drinks, and pastries!

I love coming here on the weekends to get fresh pastries! My favorite is the mango filled donut I also pair that with the strawberry and rose latte. It’s perfect, not too sweet not too bland. The cakes are great too. Very fluffy and light and not too sweet. The mago cake looks divine.

I love this cafe! Cakes are amazing always fresh and delicious. Big choose. And if you have birthday you can order fresh cake for you date with “happy birthday” text on small chocolate! - it’s free) So all my kids birthday and some special events - always from this bakery.
