Tous Les Jours Bakery

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.

I love coming here on the weekends to get fresh pastries! My favorite is the mango filled donut I also pair that with the strawberry and rose latte. It’s perfect, not too sweet not too bland. The cakes are great too. Very fluffy and light and not too sweet. The mago cake looks divine.

I love this cafe! Cakes are amazing always fresh and delicious. Big choose. And if you have birthday you can order fresh cake for you date with “happy birthday” text on small chocolate! - it’s free) So all my kids birthday and some special events - always from this bakery. You can also look all their cake assortment and how they look like inside on their website.

cute little coffee shop inside H-mart.I waited a while to actually give this place a well deserved review and I highly recommend this place. Great selection of coffee drinks and pastries are super delicious. My favorite the matcha espresso.

We got the Mango cake ?for my daughter’s birthday.Staff was so helpful and provided such sweet service and gave great recommendations.The cake was fantastic, so light and not too sweet. The fresh mango and whipped cream frosting was so smooth and a wonderful flavor. Not one piece was left. We will be purchasing another cake in the near future.

Calm little baker inside H mart Suwanee. I got the macarons. Amazing! The salted caramel and coconut were my favorites. So good I went back the next day to buy more

Contacted 2 locations earlier today to find Confetti or Mango Cloud cake for my partner's birthday celebration. Charlotte/Southend location had Mango, but phone rep could not take payment over the phone to hold cake since she was "told she could not do that." Instead, I was told to call again before leaving for the store to make sure cake was still available. I did just that a few hours later & this time was told they had one Mango cake THAT WAS ON HOLD so I could not buy it. Upon explaining I was told earlier that phone payment to hold cakes was not permitted, this phone rep "didn't know anything about that" & said "there was nothing she could do." I therefore did not get any birthday cake from Tous Les Jours today & will not buy one any day...I am absolutely unwilling to pay $50 for a mediocre cake that I could get at any bakery, with dismal service that I could get at any Wal*Mart.

My family has been getting pastries from here for years. However, this year, for my birthday, I got a cake and when I say it was good, it made all my wishes this year come true!

I enjoy visiting this place every time. I make it a point to arrive early as they tend to sell out of their delightful pastries quickly. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and their lattes are delicious. I have frequented this establishment numerous times and have never been disappointed. They consistently deliver amazing, fresh pastries every day.
