This was my first time going to a tropical smoothie. I was helped by Austin who took his time to help me through the menu options. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. While Keilly was the one who made my smoothie. She struck up a conversation with me & was very sweet. The service was very quick & my smoothie was delicious. This location had a nice atmosphere & was very clean. They also have a military discount! Definitely would recommend :)

The two gals working on Sunday were amazing! It was quite a busy Sunday, and with only the two of them, the food was still prepared in a timely manner, and they greeted all customers coming through the drive thru and at the front.

The smoothie was a bit watery, but we were ok with it because the customer service was above and beyond. I forgot their names, but they deserve a shout out for their patience and their well prepared food. Super sweet staff!

I ordered a smoothie and asked for the extra smoothie that was left in the blender which was about 35% left after filling up this 20 ounce cup which I PAID FOR and was told they can’t get me the extra although I paid for the ingredients put into the blender. What is crazier is instead of giving me the extra that I paid for, it’s put into the sink and washed down the drain . I’m a big health guy and I’m apart of a group 100000+ ppl who I will tell to no longer use tropical smoothie and just go to smoothie king where you get what you actually paid for. I do recommend tropical smoothie anymore.

Ordered two fruit smoothies but it consisted of sweetened and colored ice! I could not find one trace of any actual fruit. All they do is “color and make ICE smooth” . It was clean and the servers were super nice but the actual product was a total disappointment.

I understand sometimes restaurants don’t like uber drivers. I get it. I wasn’t shoving my phone or calling out. Just waiting patiently for about ten minutes. I saw someone in the back and she looked at me and kept doing whatever she was doing. Which of course is fine I get sometimes you wanna quickly finish what you’re doing before helping people, again I get it, I’ve been there (I’ve worked in customer service for about four years). There was a line behind me of about four people and an associate came out (I’m assuming she may have been on break or something) and grabbed the other associate letting her know there was a lot of people and she walked out kinda of irritated. She asked what I needed and told her I have an uber order for “____” she said the only order she had was for “____” which was the name I had and showed to her seconds earlier. She shoved the receipt in my face and said see this is what I have. I told her that’s the one I’m picking up and she handed it to me. I may not express it well over writing but she was quite rude for seemingly no reason. The experience just rubbed me the wrong way and thought it was worth sharing. The lady had on a wig and had an accent but I don’t know her name. I hope she didn’t treat the customers like that as well.

I always stop by this location since it’s close to my house and convenient on the way to work. However, their management and customer care is terrible. All I was trying to do is ask if I could change my mobile order pickup time, and I didn’t even get to ask the question. Apparently, they never received my order even though my card was charged, I had my order confirmed, and I had an order number. I’m not too upset about this because things happen, but I did not expect to be treated as a toddler. They kept asking me if I had the correct location and I ordered it for the correct date. I believe I was asked those questions about five times (no exaggeration). I understand how difficult figuring out a stray mobile order can be since I managed two restaurants, but then to hang up on your customer after they say “sounds great” to your instructions without a proper “thank you for calling”, “we apologize for the issue” or “goodbye” is just rude. I was extremely shocked.

I have been to this place twice and both times my order was wrong and made any type of way. Check wraps before leaving. My bf and I got Caribbean jerk wraps. I asked for no pineapples, add spinach and extra jerk sauce. She labeled the wraps wrong so I got the original. I ordered a Caesar wrap and she dumped so much lettuce on it that’s all I could taste. Not up to par. Will not be returning.
