I'm a ramen addict and no place scratchs the itch like Umaido! I love how thick and creamy their tonkatsu is but I've recently started getting the Spicy Miso Ramen and it will blow your mind. I recommend the rich brooth and I always add garlic and extra green onions! So good!!!
Chashu is a solid 9/10. The slices are tender and succulent, with a beautiful balance of fat that allows them to practically melt in your mouth.
The broth earns an 8/10—it’s flavorful without being overpowering, with a subtle umami depth and a comforting warmth.

Great stuff here!! Arrived before dinner time and was seated immediately. The gal taking care of us was superb from start to finish.
Tonkotsu was fantastic!! Squid legs also good. Cucumbers a bit bland and could have used a little something extra. Vinegar for a bit of a twang, or otherwise. Steamed dumplings seemed pan fried. Good though.
