The atmosphere of this Waffle House needs to be addressed. From the moment me and my family walked in to the moment we walked out we felt very uncomfortable. First problem, a server by the name of Bri refused to take our table and had another server Ben take our table and his behavior needs to be shouted out. He was absolutely amazing and despite everyone making fun of him right infront of customers he held it together and made sure we felt comfortable. Second problem, towards the end of our meal another server (not sure exactly who) was cussing at some other people threatening to “beat their a**” right infront of everyone. At this point my family and I walked out. The behavior of these servers was utterly disgusting especially the way they treated our server Ben. Im not sure if these other people were also employees, just not on the clock, but it seemed like they were employees because they all told us to have a great night as we left and one even held the door for us. Third problem, one cook decided to cuss at ben about gravy because she didnt hear him when he said they needed gravy when i listened to him say it not once, but twice. Ben was also very surprised when he recieved a 20% cash tip from my mother saying he has never recieved that kind of tip before, i personally find it very hard to believe he is not getting tips, from the way he greets and acts toward his customers, he was very warm and welcoming while he is made fun of for actually doing his job and doing it well.

To go order. 3 plates and a waffle. Disappointing to get home and not have raisin toast like I asked for. Also disappointing to have runny eggs when I asked for scrambled hard. Waited 25 mins and tipped just to be disappointed after driving home.
Waffle House should show you each plate before they put lids on the containers.

I’d like to address that the manager Laura was overwhelming our waitress (niema (may be spelled wrong) when she took our order she was given other orders by her superiors and then it took a long time for our drinks. And our waitress was in no wrong and felt bad that she was being g overwhelmed in workspace. And then Laura also forgot our request for to-go plate and she did the same thing she is addressing to our waitress. I would come back and request the same waitress. She did great, Inspite of her environment!

First we received dirty silverware. We were not offered any condiments for our coffee. We didn’t get a straw for our soda. We received the wrong food order and when we asked there was no special accommodations for us. The apple juice looked like it was sitting over a year with all the nasty residue floating around in the bottom. Once we received our food the employees continued their conversation in the back room and were nowhere to be found for 10 minutes. We decided to order a side of scrambled eggs with cheese and it took 15 minutes just to get this small side. The cook lady came from outside smoking didn’t wash her hands, had her phone in her hand while watching an explicit tv show with volume on high and inappropriate for the store setting and then she proceed to cook with no gloves on her. The waitress service was poor and just unprofessional. The urges of eating went away immediately.

Services is so terrible they didn’t even sit us down, they just had us waiting. They didn’t even tell us, “we will be there with you’ll in a few minutes” We had to just walk out, the staff just kept looking us instead of saying something if I could give 0 start I would.

It's closed but it's one of my favorite places for breakfast.
Out of ingredients today (ham, onions, gravy and probably more) and still friendly and wanting to take care of folks. The two ladies there this morning were definitely doing the best they could with what they had to work with and that's amazing considering that Waffle House probably rarely runs out of ingredients.

Just had breakfast here and everything was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was such a gr at experience from the moment we walked in. Our server was absolutely spot on, so pleasant, efficient! The cook did an amazing job as well! I know the week normally starts on Mondays but I told this crew they kicked my week off today with an absolutely amazing experience! I wish I lived closer so I could come see them often! Uplifting and delicious!!!!! Thanks for making me smile!
