This was the best Waffle House I have ate at..Our waitress Ashlyn was on point..I recommend anybody to go there but make sure you ask for Ashlyn

I went to waffle house today and service was exceptional! My server name was Ashten the manager on shift was Devon, they work amazing together, food was hot and fresh and looked absolutely beautiful, the place was incredibly clean, great atmosphere and they were just extremely friendly, very welcoming & kept me laughing when before I was having a terrible day and they brightened my day, I would absolutely recommend this waffle house and looking forward to my next visit, to see them & for the great food, the manager can sure throw down on that grill!!

Fix the Waffle makers!! It took 20 minutes to cook a waffle and when I got them they were still uncooked and doughy. This is the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to, sad
Ordered Togo. Didn’t get my bacon and I bit into pecan waffle I didn’t order. Crazy they would make a mistake like that and I just happened to be allergic to nuts. Can’t go back to this location as I may die doing so.

This Waffle House needs a new manager IMMEDIATELY! The grill operator (Lorry or something I forgot her name) is not only rude to customers, but rude to coworkers as well. The servers were the only redeeming aspect of my experience as they were simply trying their best. I had ordered 4 eggs scrambled light and what I got was an absolutely disgusting, inedible mess. When I brought this up to my server she was thankfully very understanding and handled the situation like a pro, but the cook was extremely unprofessional, even talking to herself about how ungrateful I was when I was within earshot. Not only that but she was very clearly distracted and on her phone while operating the grill, not being attentive at all and letting some food BURN and demanding that servers send the food out only to snap at them when they understandably brought it back due to customer dissatisfaction. All this led to me losing my appetite and deciding to leave. I left the biggest tip I possibly could for my server because she was great. The treatment that she received from the cook was absolutely unacceptable and the food was utterly terrible and completely ruined my experience.

Service was great food was ok . But the grill cook/ manager is something else the way she talks to the other staff is unacceptable she talks to them like they are below her . I don’t know what happened but one of the servers were calling out a few orders and I think she asked her if she wanted her to keep going trying to be nice and the cook snapped back at her saying she has been been doing this longer then anyone in the . But I ordered a rare steak and it came out well done … lol Maybe you need to humble your self just a little bit and not treat or talk to your Coworkers the way you do .
