Just came in. Young man was great with the ordering and such. Bro, perfect. I get home and look at my eggs, steak (well a side of beef but I'm not looking for a ribeye), and hashbrowns. I got the works and ordered over medium. I live literally 3 minutes away mind you. No one in the restaurant but 2 kids and a couple paying.
My steak was a charcoal briquette. How do you do that on a flat top griddle? Eggs were fine. Ordered 4 different ways of hashbrowns. 3 chunks of ham, 4 mushroom slivers, 7 small pieces of onion on a double order and the cheese wasn't there nor the double order. Little white lady cook, you paying for this or are you just that bad? Add the extras. I paid for them. I'm not even gonna call about this or complain except on here. Tighten up.
This is why I prefer my Waffle House cooks to be slightly overweight, Newport smoking, a bit darker than my outlook, don't care at all but make good food type of people. Little cook lady, you need practice. Done paid for some ol' BS. Waffle was good though but anything with syrup is.

Terrible experience, awful service. Went in for lunch on January 5th. No one greeted us, even when I said hello. We sat down and the staff was chatting in the kitchen, no one even looked at us, so we left. There was only one other other person dining in. Would not come back until staff is changed.

Came in here on 01/05/2025. Slow Sunday, single customer in the restaurant. My wife said hello to the waitress and she kept starring at her without saying a word. We sat for 5 minutes, staff was chatting with each other in the kitchen, no one came to greet/check on us. We got up and left. I know 5 minutes is absolutely not a long time, but in this case it was. This is hospitality and we did not feel welcomed. I'll take my money elsewhere.

We made a stop after traveling from NOLA on our way to South Carolina. We order Two eggs Sunny-side-up, hashbrown with peppers, onios and jalapenos. Side order Bacon and City Ham & wheat toast. My order came and the hashbrown look like it got a bad sunburn and gasping for water. The dice onions was burned and the peppers where dehydrated from to much heat. My city ham was burned and tasted like Ham Jerky. If I would eat the ham that was served by this WH Unit #0992 I would order a gallon of water just to add moister to the ham and hope I don't choke. The Beacon and eggs was the only thing that was cook right.
I told our weitress "Chanie" the problem she Knowleged and quickly appologized and discount the Ham. I James Cooper told her that is was not her faul at all. Chanie was polite, understanding and very professional. I told Chanie that the Cook need to be re-trained and pay attention to the food he is cooking for the customer.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Waffle House in Suwannee, especially the team working today: Bryson, Dena, Jacquie, Bryce, and William. I walked in with my usual picky specifications for an omelette, and they delivered perfection! Not only did they make it exactly as I requested, but they also showed it to me in the pan for approval before bringing it out. Talk about next-level service!
This Waffle House has been my go-to spot throughout the sleepless nights of my first pregnancy, and no matter the hour, I’ve always found a great meal and warm smiles. As someone who’s worked in fine dining for six years, I can confidently say the service here is just as good. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows every single time.
I can’t wait to take my son here when he can eat solid foods, so he can fall in love with the American charm that is Waffle House as well. If you’re looking for fantastic food and stellar service, Suwannee Waffle House is the place to be!

I’ve always loved Waffle House, but this visit was by far the best thanks to the amazing cook, Ayman! The food was delicious, and Ayman’s cooking skills truly stood out. The bacon was crispy and perfectly cooked, and the eggs were done just right. Every dish was prepared with care, making this a memorable experience. Ayman is easily the best cook I’ve come across at any Waffle House. We’ll definitely be coming back for more great food and service!
