Usually good, but the gentleman who was cooking had a long, bushy beard and was not wearing a hairnet or a beard-net while the other two employees wore hairnets. This should be a basic health/safety regulation.

We made a stop after traveling from NOLA on our way to South Carolina. We order Two eggs Sunny-side-up, hashbrown with peppers, onios and jalapenos. Side order Bacon and City Ham & wheat toast. My order came and the hashbrown look like it got a bad sunburn and gasping for water. The dice onions was burned and the peppers where dehydrated from to much heat. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Waffle House in Suwannee, especially the team working today: Bryson, Dena, Jacquie, Bryce, and William. I walked in with my usual picky specifications for an omelette, and they delivered perfection! Not only did they make it exactly as I requested, but they also showed it to me in the pan for approval before bringing it out. Talk about next-level service!
