I ordered a Classic Chicken, came with mayo on it, only. When I asked about lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. they said they don't have any. This is information that was important before I placed the order.

My stable go to for fast food. their double cb biggie bag is great if you are not watching calories: double cb, fries, nuggets, drink for $6. if yoy want to eat healthy, I recommend the grilled chicken wrap(comes with ranch sauce) and a baked potato with chives.

I don’t understand how everyday yall close earlier than the time it says online!! I came to Wendy’s at 11:16pm on Sunday night after I got off of work because it clearly says it closes at 12 AM! I go to order and they CLAIM they’re closed.. change the damn hours online then!

Can be hit or miss. Service is typically good. Food can be good sometimes and cold/old at other times.
I stopped at this Wendy’s today to eat lunch and as I was eating my lunch, a young manager came up to me and said I had made an employee uncomfortable by staring at them. this is totally false. The employee in question was working the drive-through and I was eating inside the restaurant. He asked me how I plan to handle the situation and I told him I was never eating at his Wendy’s or any other. I plan to speak to my attorney to see what actions can be taken. My advice is to stay clear of this restaurant. It is poorly run.

Fries was cold nuggets were cold as well. Even though they serve not fresh items made us pull up from window ( didn’t have anyone behind us). I called to ask when was last time they made fries, no one pick up. One by sugarloaf pkway make much better

No customer service skills whatsoever! We was in the drive thru, horrible then we went inside no one was waiting ahead of us. But we stood at the counter waiting to order for 6-7 min no one acknowledged us until I said finally said something to the manager who told me that they was under staffed but no apology no nothing! Just very unprofessional..
