Very rude staff. Very negative atmosphere I think it’s time to take the ignorant young kids out of these positions and allow grown respectful responsible adults to run these chain restaurants again. These young kids are ruining your business

It's fast food, and they do it right 👍
The drive through attendant Jordan was extremely rude and her manager did nothing to correct the behavior. Instead of offering a solution he was also dismissive to my very small issue. It’s very clear that the leadership is ineffective to produce employees that respect the customer or provide an environment that would promote returned business. From the reviews, this is clearly a repeated issue.

I had to pull forward and was made to wait 10 minutes for food and then they tried to charge extra for honey mustard. They said I had to get back in line to purchase said honey mustard. Fries were cold and undersalted and the lady had attitude. Worst Wendy’s in GA possibly?

Ordered food thru drive thru person taking orders was rude come to find out 2nd time thru he was the so called manager who sent out on the first time thru hot fries and cold nuggets and cold burgers and 1 burger didn’t have bacon on it like it was suppose to. So on my second time going through, I went straight through and the guy at the window I said are you a manager and he said yes remind you now this is the first person I seen when I first went to the drive-through. I said my food is cold, and one of my burgers is supposed to have bacon on it And it doesn’t. He said oh did you order one with the bacon? I said yeah the seven dollar biggie bag which is supposed to have bacon on it I said, but the burgers are cold and the nuggets are cold. He said I’ll fix it. Waited a few minutes. Waited a few minutes. Waited a few minutes. Finally got my food. Checked it again. The nuggets were hot and the fries, but the burgers were still cold.

Ordered breakfast through uber eats from this location. Instead of seasoned potatoes they sent me what I can only presume was last nights fries. They were stone cold (I live 4 minutes from the restaurant). My breakfast sandwich was overcooked and with no cheese, and my coffee was a watery mess. This location has disappointed me before, I’d refrain from ordering or getting food here.

DO NOT go to this Wendy's, long wait times and no customer service, my son went through drive thru and forgot 2 burgers in our order. ITried to call, phone was off the hook/busy and then I called customer service number, it rang 4 times and hung up

Wanted to dine in for dinner at 630 but all the doors were locked. Drive thru only. No thanks! Drove off and ate elsewhere.

I had a mobile order on 8/6, expecting a mobile order to be quicker than the normal customer service. They had me pull into the mobile order parking spot and forgot about me. I waited for 20 minutes before going in. Only to see everyone talking and my food in a bag under the heater at the fry station. Once I got my food to the car, everything was stale and actually pretty cold. The drinks were also forgotten, I had to ask for them. Then instead of making sure I was served correctly she told me to hold on while she runs another order outside.
To make it even worse I got an email for satisfaction about my mobile order and gave this same review to them and never heard from anyone from corporate or the store. Highly disappointed that this is the closest Wendy's to my house. I avoid them at all costs.

Gave me attitude after I questioned them on why someone who came AFTER me got their food before me, I would’ve respected it more if they would’ve just said they forgot instead of lying saying he came before me

Its often kinda slow here. Even when there is no one else in the drive-thru or inside. And each time will forget something, either the sour cream, or heck last time my nuggets and fries for my $6 bag, which is kinda half the entire order. I have to check each time but they're almost always missing something.

Just spent $50 for food for our kids and got raw chicken nuggets that weren’t cooked through. Thank God our daughter noticed and told us before our toddler ate it. Won’t even answer the phone so we can call and complain..
