I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich for takeout and was shocked when I opened it at home. The chicken was unusually hard, not like chicken at all, and had a strong rotten odor. I could not eat it due to concerns about spoilage and food safety. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning unless food quality improves.

A pattern of three consecutive incorrect orders, forcing unnecessary return trips:
* 1st incident : missing chicken nuggets.
* 2nd incident : missing a burger.
* 3rd incident : missing the toy.
Having three consecutive visits result in order errors is unacceptable and demonstrates a fundamental lack of quality control and staff training in order fulfillment.
Incident of Hostile Customer Service (Store Pickup)
* On a previous weekend morning, I placed a breakfast order via the mobile app, selecting Store Pickup. Although the store was open and I could clearly see employees working in the kitchen and drive-thru, the lobby door was locked past the posted opening time. Another customer and I waited outside.
* After repeatedly knocking, a female employee emerged and, instead of offering an apology or explanation, complained to us aggressively. She asked why we didn't use the drive-thru since they were busy and short-staffed.
* When I explained that the order was placed via the app specifically for Store Pickup, she had no response and simply walked back inside without acknowledging the issue or completing the pickup.
I strongly believe that a comprehensive re-training and managerial oversight is required. I occasionally visit due to my child, but personally, I sincerely hope this store fails and is replaced by a competent franchise.

I got a 4 piece nugget and they gave me 3 nuggets. Also charged me a dollar for extra sour cream … I thought it was .50

Service was 10/10 the only BAD thing was the chocolate coffee they had, they didn't even mixed it or anything tasted like straight up coffee mix, like the little powder thay comes out of the coffee makers... everything else was good tho

I went through the drive-thru and placed my order at 1:46 PM today. When I approached the window, the employee working the drive-thru was talking to someone her phone and barely provided any courteous service. I asked to use my reward points, and she scanned my code. I also told her that I wanted to use my rewards which include to be a a Double Stack burger and could it be made plain.
Everything seemed fine until I received my food. Once I checked my order, I realized that I hadn’t received the Double Stack I redeemed with my rewards. I waited at the window for about two minutes before the employee finally opened it, still talking on her phone, and asked, “Can I help you?” with an unnecessarily rude attitude. That really rubbed me the wrong way because I had been polite throughout the entire interaction.
I explained again that I used my reward for a Double Stack, which she should have already known since I mentioned it earlier. She was clearly distracted by her phone, but I eventually received my burger after waiting patiently.
Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to share this experience because the situation could have been easily avoided with better attention and customer service.

Placed a dine in order through the app, I get there and am greeted with attitude and then when they find it they tell me I placed it for drive thru when my receipt clearly says dine in. If I had the option to go to a different Wendy's I would have, but I was walking and this was the closest one to me. Not gonna lie, it felt prejudiced

Got the new chicken strips 4-Piece two of them don't burn my mouth the other two or room temperature and was charged about $14 for four strips and a large Coca-Cola

TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! Order incorrect. Food old. Burger smashed. Called for a meal replacement and manager Sulma (she didn't want to tell me her name but it was on the receipt) argued with me over freshness of the fries then only wanted to replace 1 of 2 meals. $20 waste of money!! Never get good food or service here!! Customer service is at an all time low at this place 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I have tried this place a few times over the past few months. I don't know if they cook the food in the morning and just give it out all day. Today I bought a biggie meal and EVERY item, cheeseburger, fries and nuggets were cold and extra chewy. It is such a a disappointment for me every time I go there. I won't be going back. They have finally ruined it for me forever.

Food was unimpressive, seemingly not fresh. My burger was overcooked, had barely one soggy sliver of lettuce, an old slice of tomato and a sprinkling of ketchup & mayo. I ordered a single but received a double. No butter given for my potato and wasn't offered the option for it or for chives. My cold brew caramel coffee was luke-warm. The Drive thru clerk was friendly enough, but impatient. I asked for a minute to review the menu and literally got *A* minute before she asked the exact same question again. Meanwhile, the place was dead, nobody in line behind me or inside the restaurant - so why the big rush?
