Warning ,Don't get the new Fish Sandwich. It's bad , hard and very fishy smelling and taste bad on top of that. It went straight to the trash after one bit.

Quality wasn’t their recipe here. Our lemonades were missing so much flavor compared to other Wendy’s. Their store just seems run down in general with a musty atmosphere

Rude female employee!!!! My son ordered a coffee and ask for creamer. They were out of the creamer at the time so he ask for a little milk and the lady was very rude about it, acted like she just didn't want to go get it. Then to top it off my food was so cold. I took two bites of my burger, which tasted like cold grease, and threw the rest away 😡 I love Wendy's but this was the worst experience EVER!!!!!!

I ordered 2 Large Chili's on 10/11/24 - took it home and it contained only the broth. No beans or meat. I went back to the store to buy lunch a few days later and asked to speak with the manager about the chili purchased previously. The manager was rude, curt, unapologetic and took no responsibility for the poor food. Poor food, Poor customer service, & Poor Management. I will not go here again to buy anything.

They really let me pay for the “krabby patty” meal without telling me they were not able to give us the frosty’s that were advertised and went ahead and subbed it for sodas. That is a loser decision. I should be owed a refund and more because they failed to give us a receipt. “It’s not that serious” however I wasted my time and money here to a careless business.
Going through this drive through made me realize why my mom would tell me to ALWAYS check the items in the bag they give you and your receipt. I was over charged for items and items were missing from the bag I was charged for. I was told to check the bag for the missing item, i was not asked if i wanted yet charged for. I was given $2 cashback for something over charged for. Which still was not the correct amount, another $.80 should have been issued. So many things that happened, should not have for what should have been a simple drive through order. They did not want to give a receipt, I had to almost demand it. Only to be over charged, not good!

I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap combo and the wrap was really dry. The ones I have had in Rockford Illinois was never like that.

Clean location. New nuggets in buffalo sauce were pretty good. The taco salad was fresh.
Woman was rude/curt on the intercom and at the window. Then I received an undercooked(?) brown chicken patty.

The Customer Service was not welcoming at all, they gave me old food… I also had a interview with them and they didn’t complete interview because of discrimination against black people!
