The spicy chicken sandwich has changed. The chicken was dry and the flavor is different and not in a good way. I guess I need to stick to burgers at Wendy's. The staff were all friendly and got my order quickly.

Attention Wendy’s Corporate office. This is a serious message for you. I went to this Wendy’s location today. I had the worst customer service with Carlos. I seems that this location is under staffed however you can’t try and run a food service with 2 employees running front counter and drive -tru together. Thats just ridiculous at 11:30am. Please take a HARD look at the customer reviews that is posted concerning this location and make some changes fast. This location has VERY RUDE employees and cares nothing about the community in this area they serve. The next time he call 911, it should be a serious matter not a customer complaint!!

I'm on the fence about the cleanliness at this location but it was at least average. The chicken nuggets were exceptional and the Son of a Baconator or whatever it's called, was a decent bacon cheeseburger. They has one of the new Coke machines with a gigantic selection of drinks. Overall, a good place!

Order my good in advanced so that I could grab it and go. When I arrive, they inform me that the food is not ready and that I have to wait for them to help everyone in the line (its lunch hour) prior to taking my order???

Extremely disappointing experience with both the cashier and the manager (both are ladies). They rudely accused me of bypassing the drive-thru and going directly to the window, even though I had waited at the drive-thru speaker and only went to the window after receiving no response. I’m a regular customer who usually orders from this location at least once a week, yet they immediately assumed the worst and placed the blame on me without verifying the situation. Even after I asked them to check their security cameras, their attitude did not change. When I asked the manager, “Where does your attitude come from?” she simply responded, “I’m just being straightforward.” That level of rudeness is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Dude just keeps hanging up phone! Disgusting & Disrespect - go very often. Got a Bacon cheeseburger, biggie bag just refused to give out any barbecue sauce… Fries were very cold extra Brown like the oil hadn’t been changed!
