I purchased a fish sandwich via the drive thru and it was hard as a rock and dry. I pulled back around to tell the employee at the window and he quickly apologized without asking any questions. He asked me to pull to the side and promised to make me a fresh one. Something he said gave me the impression that he knew the sandwich was old and hard but served it anyway. He brought out a hot one in about 5 minutes and again apologized. I don't eat at Wendy's often and this is exactly why. Do better Wendy's!!!

Literally just ordered food like a normal human being and the young Mexican girl made a comment about me behind the window and then an old Mexican woman came the kitchen to look at me and cackle? I literally look normal and they are literally no one to be laughing at anyone. That was a very weird interaction and definitely isn’t something you want to deal with after leaving a hospital. But I guess this Wendy’s is just hiring anyone

Food was ok but service was horrendous. The person working the counter was the worst. When he took my order I had to repeat it 4 times. I guess ordering extra tomato wasn't anything he had ever done. I ordered my fries without salt. I heard the the person cooking the fries complaining about it and watched him take an order of fries already cooked and put back in the cooker. When I got the fries they didn't have salt but they were overcooked, almost burnt.

The immediate manager was very rude and disrespectful and had no idea how to do her job. I refuse to return to this restaurant until she is no longer working there. She works the afternoon shift.

Employees think they can call me a lier infront of my face and the manager as well. Others speak several languages. This is the worst store and worst customer service. If you speak Spanish remember others speak it as well. Very rude. I wish that there was negative stars I could better rate this store. I will not eat here again.

Every morning I stop by here in the past 3 weeks @ 7am, and it’s NEVER OPEN or there’s people inside but will not take our orders and just ignores us when we drive up to the window. This location needs NEW EMPLOYEES OR A NEW MANAGEMENT! It was closed this morning at 7am! Why?

Stopped for a quick bite. Cheeseburger and fries. Fries were ok. Cheeseburger had no taste and was a mess. This is not a shot at the location. This is for the Wendy's restaurants in whole.
Ordered a spicy chicken combo and small frosty = $13.14. They just upgraded my combo without even asking. Only noticed when she handed me a giant iced tea in the drive thru. Didn't even give me a chance to ask for ketchup, just took my money and handed me the sack. No receipt either, which is common for cash purchases. Just like the McFarland location - NO MAS!!!!!
