WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I literally love this place so so much the food is top-tier. The customer service is on a whole different playing field like they make sure your order is good. There’s times where I’ve even gotten an extra wing. They’re not skimping on the fries. The flavors are impeccable and overall I just love this place. Also go get the honey garlic with lemon pepper on top. Don’t say I never put you on.

The customer service sucks here. When I was ordering I asked if there was a combo. She told me no. So I ordered and when I arrived at the store and paid. It looks as though I over paid. So I asked her if I can change so that I can get the combo. She said no it’s already made I told her I’m still getting the same food just taking advantage of the combo to get fries and the drink as well. She said no you already paid I can change it. I tried my best to explain to her that I’m not canceling the food I’m still getting it but can she charge it so that I get the combo. She lost it and said no way. Never coming back to this location. The chicken is not good either. The Duluth location is so much better.

Ordered Philly cheesesteaks the meat was salty and dry. I order no peppers and only half the sandwich was right .. DINNER FOR TWO 55.00 not 🚫 includding tip . I will never order this location again and this price for a sandwich that is overcooked awful.

Usually my food is good and fresh, however tonight, I was disappointed. I ordered online and left special instructions, but they must didn't read it because my order was not how I asked for it to be made.

I love this restaurant!!! The food is always super yummy and these are probably the best fast food wings in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered 20 wings and somehow they were ready in 5 minutes. Tasted horribly so I could only get through 7 of them. Obviously the last of an old batch of wings. They were crusty and smelled kinda bad too. Pretty disappointed because usually good. Maybe don’t order around 8pm…not making these fresh

I ordered wings, and what I got was straight-up disrespect. The flats were the size of a quarter, the drums were so small I thought they were pigeon wings.

Great food, you can tell it's made fresh. Service is wonderful and staff are very patient towards customers. Love their fried rice the most!
