Had an employee sneeze over our 3 pizzas. We left it, refused new ones and were told no refunds. Karishma promised a refund after we left reviews but every time we went we’d miss her as she wasn’t always there and was the only person that could approve it.A gift card which was requested when this initially happened would suffice.He sneezed and wiped his nose then went right back to making the pizzas, mid pandemic. She said he wasn’t sick and it was the draft from the oven and the air from outside but who really wants to hear that regarding their food? The fact that this was done where I could see also raised a red flag because imagine what happens when customers aren’t around if they truly believed this was okay?

I order pasta from this location regularly and this is the first time I have had a negative experience. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:27. I arrived at 12:29. The lady behind the pickup counter told me she would be with me in a moment. I watched her box a stack of pizzas. Then she offered them to me. I responded that I just ordered a pasta. She seemed annoyed by my response, and took the pasta off the rack where it had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. I commented about it sitting out, and she thrust the container into my hand and turned away.When I got back to work (my office is a 2-min drive away), my pasta was cold and dry.
Delicious pizza, I love the whole wheat crust, and adding chopped garlic! I wish they had fresh mushrooms though, instead of canned. Butterfinger gelato is amazing!Vegetarian options: Diy pizza toppings, you can easily make your pizza vegetarian or vegan
