I don't know what went wrong with this order. For the sauce i requested basil pesto and i received a plate that looked like diarrhea. Enough pesto for 4 pizzas. Food was soggy and not edible. It went straight into the trash.

Took me and my friend 30 minutes to wait in line and ORDER our food. They put no toppings on my pizza. I had 3 mushrooms on my pizza. They don’t know how to work their technology to check out. Worst service I’ve ever received at this chain.
We ordered cheese pizza and cheese sticks. They are horrible. Cheese sticks don't have any cheese and they were brunt. Kids didn't eat it. Also cheese pizza was so hard. We just threw out in trash. Total waste of money

Beware of drastic drop in service and quality. I went here yesterday and and it was just not the same place it used to be .There are a bunch of partially trained college kids running the place who don't know what they are doing. The ingredients were not fresh ,some were missing ,It' took them quiet a while to assemble and bring it to the table and when they did some if the stuff was burnt . Not was you expect from yourpie which used to be one of my favorite places

I was surprised I had not already reviewed this Your Pie, because we've been coming for a couple of years. Sadly, it isn't as enjoyable as it once was.
First, for the second time in a row, they were out of sliced jalapeños; to me, that is like a Mexican restaurant being out of salsa.
But other, individually minor things aggregate to a less-pleasant experience compared to the past: they now put pizza holders on the front of every table, so one more thing for your knees to poke; they are more frequently out of a random variety of toppings, which never happened before; they don't start baking a group's pizzas together, so even if they take them all out at the same time, they are at different levels of done-ness; the staff sometimes ignore your presence at the counter even though they are right there (every customer at the head of the line should at least get a "I'll be right with you" acknowledgement; it costs nothing and makes you feel human); exit doors that had always been unlocked are now locked; yadda yadda.
It's enough for me to stay away for a while. Maybe we'll try again when the next owner takes over.

Would you eat it if the bottom is covered with burnt covered black crumbs? Its so bad for your health. Their oven should be cleaned. I had Your Pie from other locations and never has it been like this. I paid almost $5 extra for gluten free not to mention its higher than other locations. Did go back and they replaced it and cooked it on top of a pan, just not the same.
