Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The staff does not speak or understand English I couldn’t even order multiple meals. the staff was trying to make me settle for they wanted me to have all because they don’t speak English or comprehend English. We are in America there should always be a natural English speaker on duty. The rude Spanish lady was more concerned about the drive thru time instead of handling my large order this was pure nonsense and chaos over food please do better hire an interpreter or an English person who can speak to Americans. I ended up not being able to order anything for my family I wanted 5 combos they kept ringing me up for 3

Went thru drive thru. Ordered 5 fingers with double cole slaw no fries. Didn't have to wait long and drove off. Open up the bag to eat to find out THERE IS NO FORK!! How is someone to eat cole there cole slaw. Called and Todd the manager apologized saying real sorry. Good customer service would be the next time you stop in the meal is on us. Very disappointing.

This place is a hit or miss honestly. On the weekdays they are fast and efficient. The food mostly comes out fresh with correct sauces, utensils etc. However, on the weekends it seems to be a store full of kids. They serve old tenders and fries that have just been sitting there. The toast is hard and I usually have to go back inside to ask for another item to be remade. Consistency just isn’t there at all. I used to work at Zaxby’s back in college so if you guys need a weekend manager to keep those lazy kids in check, pleaseeee look at my resume lol.

My family loves Zaxby's. However this particular franchise continues to be the worst one we have ever visited. We went through the drive-thru on Sunday, 11/10 to get my wife a Zaxby's Zalad...her favorite.

The young man that worked the drive-thru has zero customer concern. Short, curt during our order, when we paid, he handed the bag with not so much a nod.

We totally do not expect to get the service of a Chic-fil-a but do this kid a favor and get rid of him immediately...he does not want to be there. (The Zalad was wonderful!)

I hope this message finds you in good spirits. I am writing to share my recent experiences at your Zaxby's location, where I have dined three times over the past three months. Regrettably, each visit has resulted in discomfort, including stomach issues occurring several hours post-meal.

I have also observed that the staff appears quite young, with one employee resembling a high school freshman. This has contributed to a perception of diminished engagement and professionalism, as they seem more focused on concluding their shifts than on delivering high-quality service and food.

During my most recent visit, I ordered the Kicken Chicken meal, which was served cold and excessively drenched in sauce. Additionally, the lemonade had an unusual taste. In contrast, my experiences at other nearby Zaxby's locations have been consistently positive, with well-prepared food and refreshing drinks.

I believe that a reevaluation of operational practices and staff training at this location would be beneficial. I have heard similar sentiments expressed by other patrons, suggesting that these concerns may not be isolated.

I wanted to provide this establishment with multiple opportunities to meet my expectations before voicing my concerns publicly. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, with the intention of enhancing the overall dining experience for all customers.

The service at this Zaxby's is terrible, I'm so done! I never get all my food, so I make sure to check. The last time I went I heard the drivethru person talking about she forgot to give the person in front of me all their food. This time I had 3 salads, 2 were supposed to be grilled. They just threw 3 salads in the bag and handed to me. Why don't they even care about the food they are handing people? There was another car behind me returning food...no care at all.

The shrimps were the size of popcorn chicken this is a robbery I payed $3 for 4 little shrimps.
