Just decided to try to new. Shrimp mean and paid 11 bucks . Got 5 shrimp no sauce , a drink with no straw and no napkins . Handed me my bag upside down . Horrible customer service. No time to go back since I'm on my lunch break .

The southern fried shrimp are way beyond tasty! I was incredibly surprised just how great they were; perfectly crisp breading, plump shrimp (yes, actually shrimp) and not at all greasy! The zaxtaiI sauce was even delicious! I hope they stay on the menu because I would come more often if they did. I won’t get into the aggravation I have with the app because it doesn’t pertain to this…whole other story.

This was hands down the best zaxbys i have been to in Georgia . The chicken and fries were so hot and fresh . My only complaint was i wish the cookies could have been fresher but overall a very clean location and good customer service !

I regularly visit this place for takeout orders. However this last time, ended up with some not so good chicken wings...were quite hard to be honest. Had to drive back and walk-in to get some fresh ones. Hoping this was just a blip for one time. High quality in every meal is super crucial...whether the first or the last for the day!

Ordered a five piece and six piece finger plate. Out of 11 fingers we got 7 total…. Asked for extra toast instead of slaw and got neither.Not to mention my food was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes after my arrival time and didn’t see it on the designated area for pickup nor the back counter. What’s the point of a pickup area if you don’t put out the food.Thank goodness a Canes is coming….UPDATE: After being asked to submit feedback to the corporate portal I wanted to be transparent and also share that feedback here. I look forward to what Zaxby's response is on the matter.Order 467646492Ordered a five piece chicken finger plate with coleslaw and texas toast. First this five piece plate only had three fingers. The coleslaw USED to come in a separate container to ensure nothing leaked out and affected other things in the container. This one did not and the coleslaw juice leaked on to everything in the two compartments soaking the texas toast.Ordered a six piece chicken finger plate without coleslaw and extra piece of texas toast and additional seasoning on the fries. This order only had four fingers instead of the six and was also missing the additional piece of texas toast.In all I ordered over eleven chicken fingers but only received seven.Also in the past year or so the chicken fingers are getting SMALLER and SMALLER with each order.If you are going to charge more for your product, your customer service should not diminish. If it is going to continue to diminish lower your prices to the level of service and product you are providing your customers.

Way over priced, 10 plain wings was $16!Yes, you read it correctly $16, no fries, no drinks or anything else. Compare this to Publix or WNB across the street, they are way cheaper with just as good or better quality. I don’t go Zaxby’s very often, but I kick myself every time for getting taken advantage of by them on price. I am going to stay away!
