Wasn’t pleased with the service/food today. Asked to have my strips tossed in hot-honey sauce, but wasn’t done; also didn’t get any seasoning on my fries. The cashier was sweating and taking cash along with handling items trays/cups an etc. Also, the restaurant had a bad smell.

This Zaxbys has the rudest, most unprofessional young man working here! I come here from time to time because I work nearby. There's a young man working here that is so rude and nasty I have pulled off before getting my food when I see him or hear his voice when I'm in the drive through placing my order. He's a taller light skinned gay male with glasses. He needs to be fired or retrained. He's always so angry! I don't know if he's mad that he works for minimum wage or if he's dealing with inner personal issues regarding his sexuality, but he's HORRIBLE!

The place is ROTTEN! The food was NOT fresh and it was all cold and tasted old. Every meal went in the trash. Waste of money and time. Do not eat here; this place has become HORRIFIC; customer service is non existent and fresh food is clearly not an option here. Cooked to order means we will gladly wait on our food to ensure freshness. They do not even understand what that means because we certainly got food that was at least 3 days old. YUCK!

Either Zaxby's in general has gone downhill or this is one of the worst locations in the Atlanta area. These are the scrawniest chicken fingers I've ever seen. Fries were also soggy and cold.

Came in after church. The location was not busy. Our order was quickly taken and the food came out very quickly. Flavor was great.I was disappointed to find out they no longer have my favorite salad. They have reduced the menu greatly. Also felt like the amount of chicken on my salad was less than in the past. But the rest of the salad was great.Food was great. Employees were friendly. Food came out fast. Happy customer.

Never once have I had an enjoyable experience coming here. Last time I came they closed 20 minutes early told me I couldn't be served. Then came next week and my sweet tea tasted like it's been sitting out for 3 days. If you want food that is mediocre and service that is poor then I would recommend.

They couldn’t cook our two grilled cheese meals on July 26. Burned it black the first time and couldn’t find a way to remake. Requested a refund after 20 minutes and even that was a struggle. Amazing…amazingly bad experience.

I specifically asked for my food to be fresh, the lady on the intercom said “ all our food is fresh ma’am, and so I said well I would like my food cooked to order and she said okay. Once I got my food, not only was it not cooked to order, my fries and fried pickles both looked and tasted like it was cooked in old nasty oil. It was disgusting.

This was the absolute worst food I have ever gotten from a Zaxby’s! We ordered a family meal for 4 people and everything was OLD and COLD … even after coming home and heating the food it tasted funny. Fries had texture like they were leftovers and chicken was hard and you could not bite it … I will never go back to this location!
This is my first time trying Zaxby’s. Food is good here. They have good deals on meals and on all items. I have tried wings here. The quality and taste is good. They are wet, juicy and fresh. I missed trying chicken fingerz here. Definitely gonna try it next time.I definitely recommend this place for fast food lovers.

Be careful when walking. They use dirty mop water from fry area before mopping the dining area. Your safety is not their concern

Ordered on Uber Eats. Was just down the road. Seemingly it was cooked perfectly. But 9 hours later, food poisoning sets in. Of course this can happen to the best of restaurants. But be aware and make sure the food is cook through.**UPDATE** It might’ve not been food poisoning. I learned this morning that one of my coworkers was out with the same stuff. So here I am updating and editing my review. Sorry for the scare.

Made 2 visits to this location in the past week.First visit, only 1 of 3 meals was correct.Both salads ordered were missing ingredients, and 1 had ingredients I requested be left off.Salads were about 1/2 filled, compared to what I normally get from Zaxbys.They did refund the cost of the salads as I requested. Very inconvenient to get home and they make return trip for refund.Last visit, I arrived 6-7 minutes before closing. I do realize it was close to their closing time. However, they told me (drive thru) that they were closed. When I asked if they closed at 8pm, they said 9pm, but gave no other explanation. I had arrived around 8:53pm. Very frustrating, when I had driven almost 20 minutes to get there.

Ordered a boneless wing MEAL, but only received the wings, toast, and a drink. When I pointed out that the fries were missing, I was told that the fries are not included and would be extra. When I showed the menu where it says crinkle fries, I'm told that the menu is wrong, no fries included. Why even have a fry+drink meal combo if no fries are included?
