Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Asked for an advertised item off the menu, and they spoke to me like an idiot, got something else instead, huge unpalatable tendons in the chicken, fries were burnt, coleslaw was soupy, toast was hard as a puck. $15 for that garbage? What a load of crap! Actually, crap would’ve been preferable to whatever they gave me

I was so dissatisfied with my order, especially the fries that came with the kids grilled cheese meal. The manager Lidia, who i told her the fries were cold and scanty, she said with a rude stare, we measure the fries. She wasn't polite, instead she was rude. Please don't was your time and money come to this location.

Can’t go wrong with zaxbys. This location is quick and fast but fresh. Can’t go wrong with a finger plate. So hot a fresh I almost forgot to take a pic.

The new soda machine suck some have more carbonated water then the other drink while some had less carbonated making the Syrup more strong and taste flat

My child loves this menu item, so we have ordered it at numerous Zaxby’s locations. However, our first experience at the Suwanee branch was incredibly disappointing.
The photo shows the meal exactly as it looked when we first opened the box. For $8.99, the value simply isn't there. When I moved the chicken to the side, it barely looked like a single tender's worth of meat. Beyond just the chicken, every single topping—the cheese, the bacon, and the sauce—was noticeably sparse. It felt like they were trying to save on ingredients rather than providing a proper meal.
As a franchise, there should be consistency in quality and quantity, but this location is failing to meet the standard. We were so happy to have a Zaxby’s near our new home, but now we feel very upset. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their portion control.

They ought to be ashamed. Every single “tender” in my meal was tiny, see the photo attached. All of them were about two inches long, the same size as the end of the fork. More of nuggets if you ask me. The tenders barely had any sauce despite the upcharge.

This location has been going downhill and I’d rather drive to another Zaxbys before eating here again.

On Thursday night 12/04 I had had a large order for a party. The manager and staff fulfilled my order with no hesitation and my guests absolutely loved the food. The service at Zaxbys on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd Suwanee Ga is excellent, professional and your always greeted with a welcoming smile. We ordered several zax packs a couple of bone in hot wings platters extra large coleslaw and egg rolls. The food was delicious and my party was terrific thank you Zaxbys !

Went thru the drive thru with no problem but didn't get any sauce for my chicken fingers, still not a big problem except I had to get out and go inside. Then I told the cashier I didn't get any cause. She then asked if I had a receipt and I explained i just came thru the drive thru and it should be on the computer if she wanted to check. She then said it would cost me to get one. Do you expect people eat without any sauce. This is not good customer service, it's not service at all and I won't be back....

I placed my order to be picked up at 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:50pm, and my order still hadn't make. This is unacceptable! The staff doesn't even know that I have paid and am ready to pick up on time.
