We ordered our food and the cashier was rude , had an attitude and rolled her eyes. When we got our food my husband took a bite of his sandwhich and hair was all over the chicken. Disgusting! When we went back to let them know they were very unprofessional especially the way the manager didnt give an apology. will not be coming to this location ever again.

Cashier Nancy in the dining-in register was super friendly. She substituted my Cole slaw and drink (didn’t want the drink lol) for extra French fries. Food was piping hot, freshly-made. Will come back again

Waited inside the restraunt for 7 mins with no greeting or order being placed. Several staff members seen us and didnt say anything. No apologies for the wait etc. Wont be back!

I spent over $40 dollars just for them to serve me fries on the smaller potion of the plate and 3 small ass tenders. Yall need to hire people that actually wants to work not people that just ready to clock out!

Received my salad from the drive through. When I got home to eat it, realized the lettuce was wilted and going bad and the cucumbers were turning brown. Had to take the cucumbers off completely and add my own and pick out all the lettuce that had gone bad.

Staff was openly rude at the drive through to customers. They took our order down wrong, we corrected it at the window, were charged, and then one employee bad mouthed us to other staff as we waited in line. I can understand having a bad night, but knowingly talking bad about customers when they're listening is unacceptable.
