TERRIBLE SERVICE. Always seem as if they cannot be bothered to help resolve issues the store or the employees themselves have caused. Been there 10+ times with a survey receipt code that “couldn’t be accepted.” Despite 100+ times using those survey codes with zero issue.
Each time they “couldn’t accept my code” they showed zero effort in finding a solution and instead just waited for me to pay for food I SHOULDNT BE PAYING FOR.
Luckily I will quite literally NEVER be coming back here again, so sick of this store. They should seriously feel ashamed.
On too of allllll that, they ALWAYS have at least a 50% chance of messing your order up. If you eat here, good luck! 👍

I'm confused with the size portions here. As you can see from the pictures also noted in another comment regarding the portion size. Not sure who is the operator of this establishment but I will not waste your time or money. This is side. I asked the manager and she told me that was 3 ozs of fries. Okay so what is a large?

I went there during dinner. Rush, i went straight to the drive through. Took my order correctly very pleasant. Receive my order. Hot and fresh with a friendly smile. Definitely will be going back

This location frequently forgets items-no salad dressing for salads, items made incorrectly and missing hot sauce, no Zaxbys sauce for meals. I’ve had issues with my order several times over the last year but after my last visit where both salads were missing dressing and I had a very lackluster and unsatisfactory call to the manager, I will not be coming here anymore.
GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE. This one can’t get it together.
Edited to add-I actually have contacted management and corporate. Corporate informed me this is a franchised location so the owner would reach out about complaints. THE OWNER NEVER REACHED OUT. never going to this location again and I’d advise everyone else to avoid it because customer service is awful.

Every single time I order a grilled chicken sandwich from this location it is under cooked so I have either throw it away or cook it longer myself. If the grilled chicken was fully cooked I would give this location 5 stars.

Ordered a cobb Zalad when it came out Bacon was not cooked crisp. Told the counter person who replied it's pre cooked SMH. So got the Buffalo Blue instead and it was okay
