Can never get an order right. This is the 4th time back to back that I have had missing food, or incorrect order in a 2 month time span. All 4 times I have gave it another shot has failed! Shoudve known not to go there again.

The drive thru person with name tag Desmond had a very bad attitude and you could tell by the way they answered the intercom and the window that they did not want to be at work

Yesterday, Cashier handed me my drink cup by touching the top rim. The part of the cup in which some people drink from. A big no-no in food safety. Also. The Sprite was out. Brought it to their attenation. Waited 4 minutes. It was still out. Got our food. Needed something to drink. Sprite was still out. Waited a few more minutes. Sprite was in but it had black multi-formed specks floating

Ordered with my mobile app, food was prepared wrong. Manger did remake everything but I had ordered jalapeño to go on my steakhouse burger. Twice they were missing gentleman told me they were out when I went inside again because they were missing.I said I pd for them to be added and he said what am I to do about it. The peppercorn sauce was wiped off my bun and served to me also

I went to the burger king today and got lunch for my manager and myself. She ordered a vanilla milkshake shake. You would think a plain vanilla milk shake would be white right? It’s white with black stuff floating around in it! Our food was good, and the lady at the window was nice though. But um….. what is this stuff in her milkshake?!
