The lady at the second drive through window was very rude and slammed the window when I asked if I could get a large drink and when she got it for me she handed it to me didn’t give me a straw and I said thank you and she slammed the window shut again. What happened to customer service?

Yesterday, Cashier handed me my drink cup by touching the top rim. The part of the cup in which some people drink from. A big no-no in food safety.
Also. The Sprite was out. Brought it to their attenation. Waited 4 minutes. It was still out. Got our food. Needed something to drink. Sprite was still out. Waited a few more minutes. Sprite was in but it had black multi-formed specks floating

I’ve eaten here a few times. The food is always good. Orders have been correct every time. My only complaint is that they can run slow fulfilling orders, but that’s just about anywhere these days.
