Pizza was so-so. Delivered hot and fresh, but the thing had bubbles in every slice. The overall taste was ruined from lack of attention at the oven. Driver was nice, and delivery was prompt.

Placed an order through the app and was told 25 to 30 minutes for delivery. After over an hour, The tracker was still stuck on the prep stage. Figured I would try calling the store to see if it just wasn't updating or what exactly was going on. After waiting through the automated calling system, I finally got to the option where it would transfer me directly to the store. After sitting on hold for over 10 minutes with no one answering the phone, I finally gave up and drove to the store.
I figured I'd place the order for delivery, at this point I might as well just go ahead and pick it up and get the delivery fee and tip refunded. Surely it must be almost done, or maybe already then and just waiting on a delivery driver. Boy was I mistaken! When I get to the store it takes me several minutes to finally get someone's attention. Eventually she tells me that there's still six orders ahead of me and it will be at least another hour before she can even start on my order. At this point a man standing in the lobby tells me not to feel too bad, because he has been waiting for more than 2 hours for one pizza.
The woman tells me she can cancel the order, but she doesn't know how long it will take to get my money back. That's it! Not even an apology. The wait time for refunds is 2 to 5 days BTW, according to the email they sent me afterwards.

Only come to this location just because my 5 year old loves the pizza. Customer service is trash and it shouldnât take the customer sitting at the drive thru window for 20 minutes for an employee to notice you. Playing on phones and getting greeted with a rude âWhatâs the name?â Isnât very great customer service. Do better

Very tempted to take legal action against this business if a family memberâs condition does not improve soon. They contracted something hours after eating from here (without a shadow of a doubt from here) and came down with a severe case of a bacterial infection of the intestines. Saw another review recently where they saw an employee not wearing gloves. If anyone has had similar issues in the past month, please contact me.

This place is not a great place to get pizza nobody have gloves on and they are touching the condiments with there bare hands ppl don't trust this place! And I seen the closing manager his name is Lucus insalt a kid that has autism.i want ppl to know this .I told the GM and it's like they don't care!it's very sickening for me to watch that!

Went in to order food and place just look unclean and no hair nets being worn by any of the employees and they are rude and look at me and my wife and son like they did not want to take our order and no one spoke to us so we left do not go here to eat
Good late night take out pizza when everything else was closed.

If I could give no stars I would. The Swainsboro domino's is the worst ever. I ordered a thin crust pizza it took over and hour to get my order. The pizza was ice cold and was tasteless the delivery person said they had trouble finding my house. I called the store and the person I spoke with kept saying my order was on the way. Which was an hour later. DOMINO'S just lost my business!
