Im not in town often, because I live out of state. However, After a Long, Hard day, I decided to support you guys, and I ordered Two Pizzas for delivery at 8:00 pm. It is now 10:00 pm, and my Pizzas still have not been delivered. This means I have been waiting for my dinner Two Hours. I have tried to call several times, but I was not able to get through. This is Totally Unacceptable, I will demand a Refund, and not patronize your business again.

I was looking forward to my chicken habanero sandwich, but the two ingredients that make the sandwich good were missing: pineapples and sweet habanero sauce. Instead, banana peppers were added. To make matters worse, I tried to call and was on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up and write this review. It's 3:30pm, so chances are the story is not busy at this time. This is just a shame. If you had picked up the phone, you could have just fixed the mistake or apologized without dropping your reviews. Maybe because it is Swainsboro, GA and there isn't much competition you just don't care? That's really sad too.

Almost $30 worth of food trying to pay with $100 bill at 7:00 PM on a Thursday and they didn’t have change. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered online and it said that order was ready for pickup but get there and have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to get order ready. This has happened twice. Seems like they may need to get better management.

If I could give a lower star rating, I would. I had to wait 50 minutes for my pizza. When I pulled up to the window after waiting 20 minutes, they told me that it would be 30 more minutes for the pizza. The lady at the window was also very rude and very detached from providing good customer service

Came to drive thur at 5 mins til 11 right before closing. They made my order quick and didn't turn me away like most places would b4 closing
I couldn’t figure out how leave a review for such great customer service so I’m going to do it here. Shoutout to Lucas for being so nice and having such great customer skills! He went out his way to make sure he got my pasta just how I wanted it. Thank you Lucas!!’

No organization, ordered on line got there to pickup they had no record of order , ordered in house 40 minutes later they had it ready but it was not correctly made. Employees very noisy,laughing,dancing,very unprofessional. They were not wearing gloves,no hair nets or hats.So to sum it all up it was worse experience possible.I got refund and left never to return.

Pizza was so-so. Delivered hot and fresh, but the thing had bubbles in every slice. The overall taste was ruined from lack of attention at the oven. Driver was nice, and delivery was prompt.
