Today I was in Swainsboro working from out of town and I went to get lunch from Hardee's, I paid for my food and she handed my stuff back to me and I just put my stuff back in my wallet and leave.. hours later I drive back to my town and pull up to the gas station to get gas and go to get my debit card out of my wallet just to realize the lady kept my debit card and gave me a gift card!!! So now my card is over an hour away! There was no reason this should've happened!!
Really friendly and awesome staff great great customer service the best customer service I've ever received in my life definitely will return again and recommend everyone go there at night when the nightshift is working. The older black ladyfound out I was a firefighter and gave me a applepie and thanked me so much for my service she was amazing and awesome i would love to thank her so much

The restaurant was clean and food was good. We appreciated the counter person bringing our food to the table. We could tell the recently got a new Manager. Attitudes from previous visits were more negative and not really being a team player. You could see the improvement.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair but it would be nice to see automatic doors available for those that are. Doors are heavy and awkward when you're in a wheelchair or even using a walker or cane
