Was others guests when we arrived. There were 2 waiteess cleaning the grill area. The cook was a very friendly man that came and took our order. He even suggested the 2 for $20.00 meals. Which was very good. He did mess up my order. Ordered ff but changed mind to hashbrowns while ordering. Received ff. Advised him when he brought food and he took it back and cooked hashbrowns. But....my patty melt sat by the grill while cooking hashbrowns. Wasnt as hot as i would have liked when i got it. But was still ok. I did eat it. Had to get waiter/cooks attention to get refill of tea even though glass was almoat empty when food was delivered. When we went to pay for meals our waiter/cook was in parking lot talking to lady in a car. One waitress that was inside began ringing up our order and the guy came back in. He received a call about from a guest that had came in and aced am order to go and was saying the amount he was charged was wrong. He began looking back on register receipts while we were trying to pay. He stopped the lady from cashing us out and was searching for the order to review it...finally the waitress said to him to let us pay for our order then he could look. Which he did do but thought that was an inconvenience that coukd have been avoided. We were not in a big hurry to pay and leave but if we had been it would have been an issue.

I ordered the MVP Everything was cooked perfectly! My server Vanessa was Awesome..she was so nice and attentive.. Service was wonderful.. I believe Beth was the cook,everything was perfect.. Would definitely go back because of those excellent two Vanessa and Beth..Awesome job!!!

My server, Ruby, was so friendly and on top of things. The cook, Eric, was also friendly and my steak and eggs were perfect (I'm fussy). In the past, I wouldnt have been able to say these things. That's why I'm happy to say them now.

This morning I was having a rough day until I was greeted and feed VERY WELL by the employees here! The cook January also has my birthday haha! The meal was VERY good, my hash browns were delicious!!!! Great job!!!

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here and today stopped in for late lunch. The crew was very attentive. The food arrived so quick. And it was absolutely delicious . Compared to another HH in different town , the crew was very professional . Everyone in full uniform . Looking nice and neat. And most annoying thing at other location i speak on a lot , they didn’t put there own personal affair before needs of customers .
This location under New Management and you can tell!! Friendly staff. Good food. My smash burger was DELICIOUS. Food served hot and on time. Very clean.
This place has the worst service. My wife and I decided to dine in. When we got there, the employees were outside in a huddle talking and smoking. We go inside and there were two employees standing around talking, so we seat ourselves and wait on someone to give us a menu, ask us what we are drinking or something. After being seated for about 10 minutes and not being acknowledged, we left. As we were leaving the employees told us to have a good night.
