When a person orders something. If you dont have it.... tell the person before they pay for it. Having to wait 3 to 5 business days for my money back is absurd

At this point they need to close the place down because after going there tonight when they had literally a whole hour left before they closed and they had the nerve to tell me they were completely out of chicken. Then when we asked the girl at the window y’all don’t have anymore chicken what so ever she then proceeded to say they only have two breast when a minute ago she told me they were completely out. I don’t know how can you run out of chicken at a place where the only thing you mostly serve is chicken. I know for fact she was for sure lying and they were to freaking lazy to drop more chicken when they hardly ever don’t get service anyway unless they have good deals or it’s a Sunday let’s be forreal. Management needs to do a better job hiring these employees who just want to get a paycheck but don’t want to work for it!!!

I have frequented KFC the past couple months, most often during the day. In my recent visit to KFC on Saturday, September 6, 2025, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience this afternoon. Having frequented this location over the past two months, I can confidently say that the quality of food, service, and overall cleanliness has consistently met my expectations.

One of the highlights of my visits has been the chicken nuggets, which I find to be exceptional. In fact, they surpass those of Chick-fil-A, demonstrating KFC's unwavering dedication to quality. Each bite was flavorful and satisfying, making it a go-to choice for me.

The service during my visit was commendable as well. The staff was attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that made my meal even more enjoyable. It's refreshing to see a restaurant maintain such high standards, especially in terms of cleanliness, which is often overlooked in fast-food establishments.

I genuinely hope that KFC continues on this positive trajectory. It has been a while since I have found a fast-food restaurant to be this enjoyable, and I look forward to returning for more delicious meals in the future. Overall, my experience was nothing short of delightful, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality fast food.

This is the absolute worse service I’ve ever received from kfc. They were extremely rude and argumentative when I was simply asking a question. Looks like a hostile work environment and I heard an employee say that they wanted to kill themselves. Something definitely needs to be done about this, I will not be going back to this establishment.

Don't know if they was having a bad day but it was bad! The drive through costumers was coming in! We waited 40 minutes! To go home to see a missed up order,, but they did give us a cake for the wait

Spent $53 for a 16 PC meal .45 minute drive. Got home and there was no breast in the bucket!! A bunch of thighs..I hate thighs!! And the biscuits were stale.
