Really stand offish and disrespectful. Very trashy young white lady up front. The kiosks are almost an excuse for your employees to sit in the store and glare at everyone. If they weren't literally staring at me now but I'd take a picture to show proof half of the staff are sitting in opposite corners of the restaurant. Hated this visit. 💜✌️

Took forever to place my order, after I paid was informed I had to get another drink because the ice Carmel mociatto machine was down....that is a 4-5 dollar drink....no I don't want what's been sitting at the back or a lesser item drink!!!!

The food was terrible and still had to wait when I ordered from the app. When I pulled up to the drive through they lied and said they did see my name and ended up having to go inside. They were talking and didn’t want help and had to remake my drink and add the rest of my order in my bag since it wasn’t right the first time!

Had to pull up and wait in a parking spot for 30 minutes after going through the drive thru. Workers tried to hand me someone else’s order 3 different times.
The employees here are some of the rudest people I have ever met. My husband and I ordered a meal with a dr pepper, received a lemonade when we got our order, and when my husband told them what we actually ordered, they acted like that’s not what we said and that it was our fault we didn’t get what we ordered. Would give 0 stars, worst mcdonald’s in southeast georgia.

Horrible service. I have never been to a McDonald's this bad. I order a Qtr pounder cheese with a frappe. I went to the second window and she wanted to argue and say I didn’t order a frappe I ordered a latte. I can see her through the window saying I’m not dealing with that. What type of workers do you have? I come to eat my meal and the mayonnaise is expired I put it on my sandwich and I can’t even eat it. My fries were not even full and on top of that, they were cold. As someone who used to be a manager at McDonald this unacceptable. Here is proof that I didn’t even eat it. Like look at that mayonnaise. I want to speak to a manager tomorrow morning.
