No one answered the drive thru, after about 15minutes we road around to the windows and they were just standing there. So we had to go in. If I hadn't promised my grandchildren. I wouldn't left and never came back.

The employees were very polite and respectful. When I pulled around to the window, they even made me laugh,and cheered me up, the only complaint I have was my fries or somewhat cold?

Took forever to place my order, after I paid was informed I had to get another drink because the ice Carmel mociatto machine was down....that is a 4-5 dollar drink....no I don't want what's been sitting at the back or a lesser item drink!!!!
